I did this as a child at around the same age. I would lay down on the floor and bash my head on the ground. My mother would immediately give in. She finally reached her limit. In a rural store in Vermont she watched me bash my head in on the ground until I was covered in blood and passed out. She was crying uncontrollably. Bystanders called an ambulance. But the head banging stopped. By God I stopped doing it. Because it no longer worked.

Anyone got any parenting advice for me re my son (2 & 2 months)? He goes really hard. If he doesn’t get what he wants (in this case TV) he will scream nonstop. If you hold the line he will scream until he passes out and falls asleep then behavior repeats the next day.
