Indictment at the United Nations: A Report Submitted Directly to the UN Secretary-General Now Entered into the UN System Exposes Scotland as a Colony and Places the English Colonial State in the Dock Read the full report by Liberation Scotland and partners on the official UN website documents.un.org/doc/undoc/gen/… A document has now entered the official machinery of the United Nations. Circulated at the United Nations Human Rights Council (61st session), received by the Secretary-General, and registered under UN procedures, this report constitutes far more than an NGO submission. It is an intervention within the normative space of international law itself; and an indictment of the English colonial state. For Scotland as an English colony, it is nothing short of strategic. A Break in the Colonial Narrative For decades, the English colonial state has relied on a carefully constructed fiction. Scotland, the narrative insists, is part of a “voluntary union,” endowed with democratic representation, protected by devolution, fully exercising internal self-determination. It's a colonial lie. This report dismantles that fiction with clinical precision. It identifies Scotland not as a partner, not as a region, but as a territory under colonial sovereignty, explicitly placing it alongside cases such as New Caledonia and French Polynesia. This classification is not rhetorical but analytical, precise, legal, and comparative. It situates Scotland within the global structure of colonial domination. It strips away the British constitutional mythology and replaces it with a framework grounded in international law. Once that shift occurs, everything changes. Devolution Unmasked as Legal Assimilation At the core of the English colonial strategy lies devolution. Presented as a generous transfer of power, it has long been used to argue that Scotland already governs itself. The report exposes this mechanism for what it is. A colonial fraud. The Scotland Act 1998 is described as establishing administrative structures while preserving the overriding authority of the central, colonial English state, constituting a process of legal assimilation designed to negate Scotland’s status as a treaty partner. This is a devastating reframing. Devolution is no longer interpreted as autonomy. It is revealed as a technology of control, a system through which the English colonial centre maintains supremacy while projecting the illusion of self-government. Internal self-determination, in this light, is containment, certainly not liberation. The implication is profound. The English colonial state does not share sovereignty. It absorbs, restructures, subordinates, plunders. The Failure of Internal Self-Determination The report goes further. It demonstrates that systems of internal autonomy, wherever imposed under the authority of the dominant state, remain structurally incapable of delivering genuine self-determination. They operate within what the report identifies as a framework of hegemonic legal pluralism, where the colonised are permitted limited expression only within boundaries defined by the coloniser. Scotland’s constitutional reality is thus aligned with a broader global pattern. From New Caledonia to Okinawa, internal arrangements function not as solutions but as instruments of stabilisation for colonial rule. The conclusion follows with force. External Self-Determination & Decolonisation as the Only Solution The report states unequivocally that external self-determination is the only effective means of guaranteeing the rights of peoples subjected to such structures. This is not a suggestion but a doctrinal position grounded in international and UN law: -Article 1(2) of the UN Charter -The UN General Assembly Resolution 1514 (XV) -The UN General Assembly Resolution 1541 (XV) The implication is unmistakable. @UN @UNGeneva @UN_HRC @UNHumanRights @antonioguterres

A political bombshell was dropped this morning at the #EFTA seminar. Iceland may leave the EEA agreement and EFTA and start to join the #EU. It was then suggested that Norway may follow.

OMG 😧 You’d never guess that the owners of the land in Scotland are the Scottish people. But that’s how this house of cards works. Belief over fact, perception over reality, manufactured mass buy-in to a false narrative = ‘everyone knows’. Everyone knows we have no power to stop this kind of vandalism. Everyone knows we have nothing but a pointless vote twice in a decade. Everyone knows we live under a system we can’t change. And everyone is dead wrong. Bear with me because this will take a bit of explaining. Everyone knows there is a single British Crown. It isn’t true. The whole ‘union’ is based on that premise, the one thing the Treaty of Union was supposed to create - one kingdom. (A kingdom is the territorial jurisdiction of a crown and so a single kingdom must have a single crown). But England never intended to give up its own identity, expressed in its horrible feudal Crown from 1066. And it never intended to honour the treaty. It did the same thing to Scotland as it did to 200+ other treaty partners - through the treaty in the bin and colonised Scotland. It ‘extended’ the English Coronation Oath to Scotland (to ‘harmonise the union’ 🤣), imposed English treason law and called itself Great Britain. That just means Scotland was brought under the English Crown - like India or Kenya or Ireland. The same Crown today as in 1066. It dismantled the Scottish state and carried on exactly as it had been without so much as a pause for breath. And amazingly, while all this happened in plain sight, it has got away with pretending that a name change is the same as a brand new, unitary/united kingdom state. They teach this ‘new kingdom, new state in 1707’ garbage in every law department of every university. And if the lawyers say it, it has to be true…? It’s a breathtaking, phenomenal confidence trick. Here’s its potential downfall though. (One of them) Adding Scotland to the English Crown did not abolish the Scottish Crown. It still exists but with no monarch; as Edward Longshanks pointed out, a vassal kingdom does not really need its own monarch. No monarch, no more Crown with its own rights and claims. Right? Wrong. England never really bothered to understand the constitutional differences that separate it from Scotland. And, after 300 years, it could expect those differences to be forgotten. (It’s worked very hard to make sure they are.) But: the Crown is the symbol of the state. In England the Crown *is* the monarch in his or her ‘constitutional identity’. In Scotland it’s not; the Scottish Crown is the Community of the Realm, the collective constitutional identity of the people. Read that again. The Scottish throne may be vacant but the Crown is not. Remember what I said earlier, a kingdom is the territorial jurisdiction of a Crown? The ‘title deeds’ to Scotland still belong to the Scottish Crown. The English state failed to account for the difference between the Scots and English Crowns. No English monarch would mean no Crown to claim its rights. But in Scotland having no monarch makes no difference to the rights of a Crown whose legal personality is the whole people. The title deeds to Scotland still belong to you and me, to all of us. The house of cards that lets an Anglicised, Scottish establishment behave as if there is one British Crown and one British power, authority and ownership descending from this imaginary Crown - and against which the people are powerless - depends on our not knowing that. Or not believing it if we’re told. Because, like every other system this power structure depends on belief. Stop believing the lie & we can restore the lawful sovereignty of the Scottish Crown as the people. We can bring down the whole house of cards, take Scotland back and protect what’s ours - oak forests included.

@murdo_fraser If Scotland was running its own economy it could change taxation so businesses paid based on profits. That's not possible while the economy is controlled from Westminster.

It's not about whether or not there is capital available for Scottish businesses: there is. It's about ensuring that Scottish businesses are investor ready.   I was thrilled when Willie told me about Epidarex Capital raising $145M to focus on investing in early stage companies in the therapeutics medical device sector. I'm hopeful some of that capital will come to the incredible Scottish businesses operating in that industry.

@Malcolm_Offord @ReformUKScot @Telegraph This is from a guy that set up #VoteNoBorders and failed to submit accounts so got fined by the Electoral Commission. If you can't keep accounts of spending then why would anyone believe your un-tested promises? Scotland is being plundered by £150 billion a year.

“British” is not an identity but a colonial construction, invented by the English colonial state to absorb and control Scotland as a colony. Before Scotland, Ireland with the same fake UK term. The method is the same. Rename the colonised, then deny the crime. “British” has always meant English power wearing other peoples’ skins. That's why the English Prime Minister never stops talking about whisky. Whisky is not culture to him. It's cover. A prop in a long-running deception designed to reassure the world that Scotland is not a colony, that England is merely a benign partner, that annexation never happened. This lie is absolutely deliberate. The English state formally told the United Nations and the international community that “Scotland entered a voluntary union and is not a dependency.” That statement was false when made and remains false today. It was issued to block decolonisation scrutiny and to shield England from international law. That shield is now collapsing, including in China. Annexation and territorial alienation are proven. They are documented, legally argued, and established by Liberation Scotland, Scotland’s UN-facing liberation movement, with Professor Robert Black KC, Scotland’s foremost authority on Scots law. The legal consequence is unavoidable: England’s presence in Scotland is colonisation so its control and presence are illegal. Its extraction is complete plunder. Under international law, this is an erga omnes violation. A crime not merely against Scotland, but against humanity itself. Every state has standing and responsibility here. England is not “governing” Scotland. England is stripping Scotland. What is being stolen? – North Sea oil and gas revenues – Renewable energy wealth – Fisheries and maritime resources – Land and water – Taxation and fiscal sovereignty – Industrial capacity – Strategic territory – Cultural capital – International representation – And yes, whisky, monetised globally while Scotland remains politically captive The whisky speeches are theatre just like the flags are camouflage and the fake smiles are colonial. You do not celebrate a people you are exploiting and toast a nation you are occupying. You do not talk about whisky when you are standing on stolen ground. Colonial denial always ends the same way: exposure. The lie is over and the law is engaged. Decolonisation has begun. Scotland is not British. Scotland is colonised. It's an English colony. Colonisation, once proven, must end. Scotland's liberation is coming.
