@abhibusIN The cancellation charge took 413 ₹while the cancellation policy is not applicable. Clearly mentioned if tickets will be cancelled before 28 January 100% refund but cancellation charge taken.

I request to all the people please boycott the AbhiBus app.They take hidden charges on ticket cancellation.They took 413 ₹as cancellation charges while in cancellation policy showing that 100% refund before 28 jan.App use kr ke galati kar di aur 413₹ ka loss...

@abhibusIN Yes you called me only one time at 11:13 am. After that you didn't call. At that time I was driving. It can happen with anyone. Kindly resolve my issue. I sent alternative numbers also in the mail.i also talked to the customer care with numbers but my problem was not resolved.

@redBus_in If cancellation policy is set by the bus operator then why was it showing that if I cancel the ticket before 28 jan then a 100 % amount will be refunded.See in this screenshot. What is mentioned. Give my amount and from next time I will not use your app on this behaviour .
