Your agents don't even provide alternate flights to choose from, how is a customer supposed to manage these simple requests? Can't make edits directly with the carrier as it's purchases via @makemytrip I have to wait for 4 hours for emails for every little details.

I've wasted precious time & your agent didn't even register my international number to reach out properly. I just called again and was told the agent is registering this to confirm over email will take four hours. Why provide this option when you can't help in time?

@BlrCityPolice we tried calling the nearby police station they informed us we should call 112. The marshal has since left the premises but please look into this behaviour. He kept wanting to take photos of us without consent. Have raised bbmp complaint as well.

@bbmpcommr marshal Mr Arunkumar M, ward 79 spent 1.5 hours refusing to leave, threatening arguing & saying he will dump garbage infront of the home if we refuse to pay a fine.He tried taking our photos without consent. Kindly look into the rude behaviour & unwarranted fines.
