Good old listen this... Despite being present in the room for the talk @salfordbeerfest I was slightly too busy to be able to hear all of the panel discussion. Oh and the @STFermentations Wild BA Brown was quite frankly delicious. I made sure I had a snifter of that!

Very much enjoyed doing a tasting of the Seasonal Six from @STFermentations with @BigNonVeganDave last week. The Polotmave was the highlight for me, not just from the six, but one of the nicest beers I've had in ages 😋

A highlight in the shop recently has been @STFermentations collaboration with @glasladiesbeer Saint Enoch! 📿 A Belgian Pale Ale brewed with locally foraged botanicals, including flowering currant, elderflower, mint, and coriander alongside Belma, Monroe and Lemondrop hops.

On our Session Stout Line for International Beer Day will be @STFermentations' 4% Session Stout. The Imp Stout grist scaled down to 4% & late hopped with Summit. A punchy & underrated hop that provides a tangerine top note to go with the roasty dark choc. #internationalbeerday
