@alojohhardcore Shocking at how quickly MU is re-rating. I'm guessing this is Wall St adjusting their view of DRAM to "structural" from "cyclical" + a levered Nvidia effect (as Nvidia goes up, so goes MU but by more).

@alojohhardcore @stevenleebeyer1 @fabferraro I was 60-70% TSLA as MSTR had collapsed. I read that "peak sentiment" post, and it didn't get through that "hey, probabilistically the top is in..." I also hadn't considered your viewpoint that you couldn't explicitly post a sell signal. Took me until now to unwind TSLA position.

@alojohhardcore @fabferraro Very auspicious that the HC channel started with many great names at -1.5std dev. NVDA and MU up 170% and 140% respectively (used derivatives).

Really appreciate the self analysis: I did the same, sold @ 147. I was all to happy to get some liquidity in case there was more war issues. My notes to self are also to i) not sell entire position when it's still cheap by SPC standards and ii) not sell before the trend line turns (probably 4H). This is from another tool.

Certainly breaks the "Elon always wins" propaganda, which is necessary to take it as read that Tesla will outcompete Chinese competitors in humanoids. Combined with your point that Tesla's training data lead is overstated + with Blackwell and Vera Rubin in the future, FSD systems will be a commodity product... the likely scenario seems that a) Tesla will lead autonomy in the US with cheaper cybercab production, but b) Tesla will compete hard on humanoids. Given the enormous TAMs of robotics & autonomy though, will you be playing mostly through Xpeng and Xiaomi?

@alojohhardcore @akasharpei @slamdust Yes intelligence doesn’t matter when it can only be channeled along narrowly confined modes of thinking. Being able to look over the maze will trump being able to navigate the maze faster. Or more eloquently justify the maze.

@alojohhardcore @SimObjReality I pride myself on an open mind, having a financial modeling background, and even I (thought I) had an answer to everything Tesla related. And yet I didn't know that it was trading at 200+ P/E. Horrifying, in hindsight.

Can't tell you how much of an enormous relief it is to have a system for making money that is reliable. Nothing is 100%, but having access to your picks & knowledge gives me confidence that if I trade with discipline & follow the system then I grow wealth at a pretty alarming rate. The Tesla creator ecosystem feels akin to domestic abuse. Continual gaslighting and dopamine hits that don't translate to gains. Lifechanging - for returns, peace of mind, and learning.

@alojohhardcore Amazing call. Sold too soon - at 580s to recover some liquidity. Next time will watch for the trend line to turn before selling. Same with ORCL.
