@stwater Severn Trent water has to be the worst customer services I’ve ever dealt with. How can an issue emailed in Aug 2024, still not be resolved to this date, despite them saying im not at fault. It would be funny if it wasn’t for the court threats

@stwater When are you planning on repairing the 3 loose manhole covers in Crankhall lane, Wednesbury they've been reported for long enough. One is so bad its sunk 4 inches, if a cyclist or motorcyclist is unseated and seriouly injured or killed you'll wish you'd moved your arses.

@stwater I was just wondering how you work out our bills? My new monthly bill is now over £124 a month which I think is extortionate seeing as I don’t live in a mansion with lots of people, just a normal semi-detached with 4 people.

@stwater Why do Severn Trent have the smallest of writing on your bill for how to pay your water bill? You need a magnifying glass to read the phone number or any other ways of paying a bill. Why do you make it as hard as possible for the elderly to read the bill? Investigate.
