Pathetic condition 3A in Patalkot express 14624. Unreserved passengers have filled the carriage. Railway staff on board do not care. No regards to safety of reserved passenger.

@PiyushGoyal sir, I am in Howrah Pune Azad Hind Express. The 3 tier coach has one fan and no charging point in the entire coach. In a 33 hour long journey if we can't charge our phones we won't be able to contact our families . Kindly look into it.
