@CjWarren_MayoAZ I am using Olympus laser resectoscope along with a special adaptor that connects to the normal TURis resectoscope. With that you can use every nephroscope or morcelator you want. So, yes you can do it nicely with Olympus equipment completely.

Is anyone performing or aware of anyone performing HoLEP or ThuLEP with Olympus scopes? I have only heard of Storz/Wolf but joining a hospital with Olympus scopes. Would be interested in hearing about the setup/if it can be done.

@daviesbj We know that + margins < 3mm with a Gleason 3 are have no oncological impact. That’s what I tell my patients in order to relieve their anxiety. Also, they could be false positive as well. Anyhow, margins have the lowest significance from all other oncological parameters.
