Lots of my brewer chums slept well last night. This is both great and unusual. How many of you are scheduled to brew next week? We've put the schedule back a week and won't be brewing. Instead we'll be praying none of the chillers break down. 🙏

@svbrew Which is exactly why there are so many different beers from so many different Brewers, we all like and taste things different. As a single hopped beer I wanted more but am totally happy to hear that you are satisfied with it as the brewer. It shows you care about your product.
