Even with all the fraud and forgery, the latest weed initiative couldn't garner enough public support to make the ballot. The Florida Supreme Court appropriately just dismissed the case. Floridians can continue to breathe the free air for another election cycle.

@stevegrubershow When the local law enforcement cooperates, there is no need for so many federal agents. It makes sense to move them to other locations where they are needed. Seems to be a Win-Win, but I'm sure it'll get portrayed otherwise by the other side.

Florida. I know I know. But I have to tell you the bad news. Another cold front is coming. This week. Friday AM temps here showing 20s again up north with some 30s diving deep. Truly Groundhogs Day for the Sunshine State. But some good news! 70s and some 80s return next week. Time to dig out those flip flops and sunscreen. And hang up these jackets!

@JonAHogan @stevegrubershow It wasn't that close to the water when they originally built it. Beach erosion from various storms over the years has caused these houses to be too close to the ocean now. Not sure why there hasn't been any beach replenishment done...
