I was in a finance society at uni, and we had representatives from JP Morgan come in to give a speech.
Usually we’d get around 20 people, but this time hundreds of Indians showed up.
To the point where they were sitting on the floor and the stage in the lecture hall.
After the speech, loads of them turned into a mob, asking the speaker to review their CVs and add them on LinkedIn.
What caused a bit of drama was that some Indians who didn’t get what they wanted (at least 10 of them) followed the speaker into the bathroom and kept asking him to check their CVs while he was taking a piss.
