The one thing they all agree on is that Ukraine needs to get it as soon as possible. The second shared position is that Ukraine fully deserves it. Third, we have reached a moment in history, in Europe’s geopolitical and security situation, when we need the European Union – and the European Union truly needs Ukraine.
