@cromaretail absolutely useless staff and no one picks store number. On website facility for telephone appointment no one calls

@hm_custserv u guys are purposely calling on my relatives phone just to escape situation. I have emailed 5 times to call on my cell number to discuss issue. Have DM u my phone number

@hmindia it's been 5 months ur customer is not resolving my issue. And instead calling on my wrong number inspite of writing emails of calling me on correct number
