Some at WIPO had proposed just one meeting a year of the WIPO committee on copyright. #SCCR Chile made it clear that to discuss AI, limitations & exceptions and copyright in the digital environment would need 2 meetings. 21 - 22 May, 2025, the @ConCourtSA hearing for the Presidents referral on the Copyright Amendment Bill (CAB) & Performers Protection Amendment Bill (PPAB) took place.
