@rapidobikeapp I was extra charged for my recent ride for the amount equivalent to coupon amount. Driver asked me to pay the full ride amount and told that rapido will refund the coupon/discount amount.

@zomato @zomatocare @deepigoyal I have been charged twice ( Rs 182) for same order id 7101461360 on 27.07.2025. Initial payment was deducted but transaction failed on zomato app so i had to pay again. Please reverse the Initial transaction amt of Rs 182 to source of payment.
