Online fraud में पैसा गया? Bank से वापस आ सकता है
अगर आपने कोई transaction authorize नहीं किया, या payment के बाद product/service deliver नहीं हुई, तो आप chargeback request कर सकते हैं
Chargeback का मतलब है - आपका bank, merchant के bank से आपका पैसा वापस recover करता है
यह 3 situations में apply होता है:
• Fraud transaction (unauthorized payment)
• Payment हुआ, लेकिन product या service deliver नहीं हुई
• Product गलत या misrepresented निकला
ध्यान रखें:
• सबसे पहले bank helpline पर call करके transaction dispute register करें
• Service Request Number (SRN) ज़रूर note करें - यही आपका proof है
• Dispute form fill करके transaction details और evidence (screenshots, emails, invoices) submit करें
• RBI guidelines के अनुसार, dispute 120 दिन के अंदर file करना ज़रूरी है
याद रखें: सही process और strong evidence के साथ, पैसा वापस मिल सकता है
अगर आप cyber fraud का शिकार हुए हैं, तुरंत 1930 पर call करें या cybercrime.gov.in पर report करें

Charged ~₹20k interest on a ₹2L transaction that was under fraud dispute. Payment was delayed due to ongoing chargeback process. Paid full amount via personal loan after RBI decision. Still no resolution for waiver despite months of follow-up.

I am urging everyone please don't use scapia credit card. Please. There is no safety in this card. I have got scammed for 2 lakh. I paid the amount. I asked bank to plz waiver off intrest charges on disputed amount. But they are not replying.
