@bchesky airbnb on policy level is degrading than upgrading, we once had huge respect for the systems you have build & learned to navigate through what we didn't like - it is going on another level - no value of host rules & policies then we are nothing other then a hotel chain

@Airbnb_in @AirbnbHelp @Airbnb has gone completely crazy on their review removal. Guest called unapproved guest, didn't read about shared spaces wasted 2 hours at checkin then opened a whiskey bottle right there in common space, room open with loud volume in TV and AC turned on

they cancelled reservation with full refund - after lots of abuse from guest side - they left after spending 4 hours. when we asked for unfair review removal we got faced with their AI system handling this complex thing. WTH is encourage to cancel!! what sort of dominance is that

Imagine this: A guest books, breaks every house rule – smokes & drinks in common areas, brings extra people, leaves a mess. We report it → Airbnb cancels the booking & gives them a full refund. And yet… that same guest leaves us a 1-star review on a cancelled reservation. Despite all proof documented in Airbnb chat, Airbnb refuses to remove the review. So what’s the point of house rules, a reporting system, or “trust” in reviews if hosts are left unprotected? It gets worse ⬇️ Airbnb now uses AI to decide review disputes. Hosts can only dispute twice, with no real explanation why reviews aren’t removed. Even when the reservation was cancelled by Airbnb, guests didn’t stay, and we already lost one night’s charges, Airbnb still lets the guest post a damaging review. The same broken AI even flagged our listing as “encouraging guests to cancel.” How biased can it get? @Airbnb – Hosts deserve fairness. If a guest never stayed, their review should never count. Right now, doing the right thing costs hosts everything. @Airbnb @Airbnb_in @AirbnbHelp @bchesky @AirbnbPolicy

@airtelindia It's been two days that airtel wifi is not working in my area, nor they are taking any complaint. They just say we are aware then start telling me how much bill i have paid them!! Most stupid robotic bot they have!! Improve your service, connect with people #airtel

@traffic_jpr what do you do when 2 pax driving their car avoid any chances of accident duur duur tak! 1 driver turns & stops car in front of other car roughly, start abusing in the name that i was alone & he is with family! follows my car for 5 min then, this threat is normal?

bullying went so far, making host cry & beg to resolve issue, they punish us like they are king/queen, thank god it's not those times when you will hanged as punishment, otherwise airbnb have that policy as well, coz i dared to call & cancel a reservation from their plateform

@AirbnbHelp @Airbnb i raised request at 8am, they replied back at 2:58am and then after 2 hours closed the appeal because i didn't respond! Such a bully airbnb support system is, they have done this 3 times with us, want to me to reply in middle of the night

@airtelindia @Airtel_Presence raised many complaint, nobody calls back & connecting to their customer service is task! & when i do connect they don't know what coverage+ is? & what mesh pods are! I am paying for something i am not using here, tired of waiting for their response

No more realiable on airbnb, they make bunch of rules for all location alike, every country is different, every guest & host is different, atleast i will get support on my own time zone, nobody cares in airbnb about superhost #airbnbharassment #airbnbcommunity

we got automated reply that this is our policy! What is your policy for a superhost hosting for yr on airbnb & suddenly 1 dumb guest who doesn't know what an almirah is complaining about things and airbnb follow there dumb policy on superhost and host same, hopeless @bchesky

water, ac, everything is cleaned, you have to ask guest to submit proof, We are superhost from a year now, we know when guest is SCAMMING. And airbnb is just helping them, then no contact from support, you can't just make any policies and throw them on host face, as you please

@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp again airbnb has proved that you don't give a damn about host after all the policies you keep on launching every year. HMZNPYSAFN for this Reservation, cancelled without even informing host and cut the payout and minus balance keeps on increasing.
