Extremely disappointing experience with @UC_Assist Urban company home painting service. Issues faced: 1. Painted on wallpaper – no masking tape 2. No sanding done before painting 3. Paint diluted with water – poor quality finish 4. Brush marks all over the walls 5. Same wall showing two different shades 6. Color mismatch 7. Extra charges taken for waterproofing – no UC warranty 8. Charged 5 times extra for POP work 9. No primer used, no covering for switchboards/furniture 10. No professional painter – just untrained labour Very unprofessional service. Expect better accountability.

Imagine this: A guest books, breaks every house rule – smokes & drinks in common areas, brings extra people, leaves a mess. We report it → Airbnb cancels the booking & gives them a full refund. And yet… that same guest leaves us a 1-star review on a cancelled reservation. Despite all proof documented in Airbnb chat, Airbnb refuses to remove the review. So what’s the point of house rules, a reporting system, or “trust” in reviews if hosts are left unprotected? It gets worse ⬇️ Airbnb now uses AI to decide review disputes. Hosts can only dispute twice, with no real explanation why reviews aren’t removed. Even when the reservation was cancelled by Airbnb, guests didn’t stay, and we already lost one night’s charges, Airbnb still lets the guest post a damaging review. The same broken AI even flagged our listing as “encouraging guests to cancel.” How biased can it get? @Airbnb – Hosts deserve fairness. If a guest never stayed, their review should never count. Right now, doing the right thing costs hosts everything. @Airbnb @Airbnb_in @AirbnbHelp @bchesky @AirbnbPolicy

To cover up, Zomato misleads users by showing that the delivery person has arrived when they haven't. How can anyone assume the delivery person is at their location based on this? @zomato @zomatocare

@AirbnbHelp @Airbnb Airbnb is following the worst policies for the hosts. They say they have dedicated support team for super hosts. But when it come to reality. No one listens to superhosts. They send the automatic replies. It's been 4 days since we receive any call from team

They have their automated replies ready and list of policies to be thrown at hosts. @Airbnb they claim to launch 100+ polices for hosts each other. But in reality they don't even communicate and take a call from the super hosts

@Airbnb @AirbnbHelp again airbnb has proved that you don't give a damn about host after all the policies you keep on launching every year. HMZNPYSAFN for this Reservation, cancelled without even informing host and cut the payout and minus balance keeps on increasing.
