🚨 Gregory Van der Wiel's incredible testimony about his career 😳🥺 𝗔𝗕𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗘𝗟𝗬 read this 👇 🗣️ “I won 16 trophies. And I felt nothing. No joy, no pride, no relief. Nothing. I couldn’t enjoy a single moment of my career. Because I was too busy… wearing a mask. Pretending to be okay. Avoiding anything that might unsettle me. Showing that I had everything under control. I wore that mask for so long that I eventually became the mask itself. A robot playing a role without feeling a thing. If you feel this way, that mask isn’t protecting you. It’s killing you. Take it off. What would you give to play without fear? To step onto the field and feel totally FREE. No pre-game anxiety. No post-game depression. Just you. Fully present. Fully focused. Fully yourself. Most athletes will never know that feeling. They’ll spend their entire careers playing in fear. Fear of the coach’s reaction. Fear of the fans’ judgment. Fear of the media headlines. Fear of their own thoughts. And they’ll call it ‘pressure.’ They’ll say: ‘That’s just football.’ It’s not. It’s a prison. And I lived in it for 15 years. I played stiffly when I should have played freely. I held back when I should have exploded. I doubted myself when I should have had confidence. The version of myself I could have been? It still exists, somewhere. It never saw the light of day. It still torments me, it still haunts me. But you? You still have time. You have time to develop the mindset that will set you free. You have time to perfect the tools that will make you invincible in every match. This inner work is demanding. It’s the hardest thing you’ll ever do in your life. And it’s truly the only thing that changes everything.”

Steve Holland appreciate post. He went to sleep at 2am the night before the Arsenal games after watching their last five matches in full. They had a clear plan to execute. Not many will know the work this man has put in behind the scenes, alongside Carrick. Pivotal to all the work you guys have seen so far on the pitch. Whether it's in training or in the analyst room, Holland has been key. Praise must be given.

@viperellis The foul was whistled before the goal was scored that’s why there was no VAR because in such instances you don’t go to VAR, you can’t actually. That’s how the rules are, for everyone. You should know better. And the penalty is a clear as they get surely you don’t contest that?

@SwedishRumble I don’t know why people like to complicate things. Real Madrid’s ultimate goal is to win the big trophies and they do it more than anyone so it’s surely working for them. Not everything has to be a “project”

Another thing that needs saying — Madrid was in many ways poorly “coached” by Anchelotti. Winning is all that matters. Anchelotti had a bunch of galacticos. He gave them a chance to win the games for him. You can’t and nobody should “criticize” him for it. Of course not. But you have 60/40 possession advantage for City. Very one sided games. But he won? All that matters? Obviously it isn’t all that matters. It was de facto not very easy for Alonso to come in. Barca has a head start on them that is quite big again. It was the same when Mourinho left. This is a club with an amazing squad.

Exclusive 💣 Sources close to Xabi Alonso have told us his next club will be one where he is allowed to coach the players, with a strong football operations set-up already in place. He believes he can create a winning environment if all the tools are there.

Those who want Ole are confident he will change our form. Those who don’t want him but want someone else are not confident the one they want will change our form. But they still want them anyway just so that it’s not Ole who changes our form. Fanbase always fighting ghosts🤣

Mario Nawfal's account often covers global news with a focus on Middle East conflicts, including Iran's protests. His posts highlight anti-regime views, like support for protesters and Reza Pahlavi, based on sources critical of the Islamic Republic. This may stem from his interest in regime change stories. For balance, check outlets like Al Jazeera or Tehran Times.

🚨🇮🇷 IRAN'S CHANTING FOR THE SHAH. THIS ISN'T ABOUT GAS PRICES ANYMORE Karaj protesters last night were yelling "Javid Shah" - Long live the Shah. That's not "we want cheaper bread." That's "we want the Islamic Republic gone and the monarchy back." This is the line the regime can't tolerate. You can protest inflation, you can even chant "Death to the dictator" and they'll massacre you but frame it as restoring order. But calling for the Shah's return? That's existential. The monarchy was overthrown in 1979. Reza Pahlavi, the Crown Prince, has been in exile for 47 years calling for regime change. The establishment built its entire legitimacy on "we freed Iran from the Shah's tyranny." Now kids who weren't born until 2000 are in the streets asking for him back. This is why the regime's panicking. Economic protests can be bought off with subsidies. Monarchist movements mean people want the entire system replaced - constitution, leadership, ideology, everything. The ayatollahs know how revolutions work. They did one. Now they're watching the same playbook run against them. Source: @Savakzadeh

@MarioNawfal @grok does it seem like a campaign to artificially amplify the so called protests in Iran by foreign entities like this account?

🇮🇷 WHEN ALL YOUR ETHNIC MINORITIES UNITE AGAINST YOU, YOU'RE COOKED Iran's not one country - it's Persians, Kurds (10%), Azeris (16%), Arabs, and Baloch all forced under one flag. For 45 years Khamenei kept them divided. Not anymore. Seven Kurdish groups just issued joint support for protesters. The Balochistan People's Party called for nationwide strikes. Even the MEK - literal former designated terrorists who bombed Iran in the '80s - are backing the uprising. This is how empires collapse: when the ethnic groups you've been oppressing for decades realize they hate you more than they distrust each other. The regime knows this - a Kurdish rebellion spills into Iraq and Turkey, both with massive Kurdish populations seeking independence. That's regional war. Iran won't survive this as one country. Either the regime wins through genocide-level violence, or the Islamic Republic fragments into ethnic territories post-collapse. Source: CNN, Amnesty International

I'm just going to sit back and watch what happens next. Because I find it funny people think a change of manager is going to change things. Same thing was said after Moyes, LVG, Jose, Ole, Rangnick. So let's roll the dice again. That club is broken and it'll take more than that
