@saks I have already contacted your customer service team multiple times and they have not been helpful. This is just a PSA. Don’t shop from Saks. The returns and refund policies are ridiculous and shady.

Don’t buy from @saks. They are now issuing gift cards when you request a refund. Such shady business practices.

@saks customer service fail. Never use a @saks credit card, they use @ComenityCS. Stolen package and they didn't insure it, @ComenityCS won't credit me. Use Visa or American Express.
