@BarronTNews_ This is a good step. However, I'm looking for indictments. WHERE THE HELL ARE THE ARRESTS?? I'm looking for the perpetrators to face consequences for their actions. What is going on here? FIRE PAM BONDI if she cannot enforce the law and prosecute the criminals!

I don't think this post is 100% accurate. Brad Raffensperger colluded with Chris Carr to make the deal with Dominion. To confirm my recollection, I asked Grok. Who was the Georgia Secretary of State when Dominion Voting Systems signed their agreement with the state of Georgia? The Georgia Secretary of State at the time Dominion Voting Systems signed their agreement with the state was Brad Raffensperger. The contract was awarded and announced on July 29, 2019 (with public reporting often dated July 29 or 30, 2019, depending on publication timing). This was a $107 million deal to replace Georgia's outdated touchscreen voting machines with Dominion's ballot-marking devices that produce verifiable paper ballots. The system was intended to be implemented statewide in time for the March 2020 presidential preference primary. Brad Raffensperger, a Republican, held the office of Georgia Secretary of State at that time. He had taken office in January 2019 after winning the 2018 election (following Brian Kemp's resignation from the role to become governor). Raffensperger personally announced the award and emphasized elections security as his top priority in statements related to the selection of Dominion over other bidders (including Election Systems & Software and others).

Trump attorney @christina_bobb makes a very astute observation after the breaking news from @canncon today that Sen. Perdue claimed under oath that Georgia Governor Brian Kemp told Georgia investigators not to look into evidence of election fraud. Christina points out that Brian Kemp was the Secretary of State (not Governor yet) in 2018, contracted with Dominion to bring in the voting machines, changed the voting centers to big arenas rather than counting at the precinct, proceeded to win the Governors race (to which the Dems claimed the election was rigged) and then shuts down the investigation into the 2020 election. “There’s a lot of weirdness going on with Brian Kemp, Brad Raffensperger… and Chris Carr, the Attorney General…” What was Kemp hiding? It certainly appears that he at a minimum helped steal the election. The good news is that it sounds like we are gonna find out definitively what happened soon. Ed, After our conversation this morning, I did a bit of research on Learfield's deal with Georgia. The info below is one snippet that I thought you guys might find interesting (from Grok): Does Learfield have a major strategic NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) partnership with any schools besides UGA? Yes, Learfield has established major strategic NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) partnerships — similar in scope and structure to the one with the University of Georgia — with several other schools. These often involve Learfield Impact (their dedicated NIL division), on-campus NIL leadership roles, dedicated teams, content creation, deal facilitation via the Compass NIL platform, and integrated support to maximize student-athlete earnings beyond revenue-sharing. While Learfield provides NIL-related services (like IP integration, brand connections, and Compass NIL) to over 160 of its multimedia rights partner schools, the most robust, strategic, and publicly highlighted partnerships — often described as "transformative," "groundbreaking," or "best-in-class" NIL ecosystems — include dedicated NIL agencies, expanded on-campus staff, and unified NIL strategies. Key Examples of Major Strategic NIL Partnerships (Besides UGA)Here are some of the most prominent ones announced or expanded in 2025–2026: Ohio State University Long-term extension (announced January 2026) through Buckeye Sports Group, integrating Learfield Impact for dedicated NIL leadership, Compass NIL technology, creative content campaigns, and personal brand monetization for student-athletes. University of Wisconsin Launched Badger Athlete Partners (December 2025) — a groundbreaking NIL initiative with Learfield's Badger Sports Properties and Learfield Impact support to streamline revenue generation, drive recruiting/retention, and create authentic brand partnerships. University of Illinois Groundbreaking integrated partnership (July 2025) embedding Learfield sponsorship and Learfield Impact NIL services/staff directly into the athletics department for cohesive revenue growth and NIL opportunities. University of Iowa Expanded NIL program (November 2025) creating new on-campus Learfield Impact positions (e.g., Senior NIL Partnership Solutions Coordinator) to support student-athletes and brand partners. University of Southern California (USC) New 15-year partnership (announced June 2025, effective July 2026) revolutionizing revenue, multimedia rights, and NIL, with Learfield Impact providing leadership, content creation, and Compass NIL connectivity. University of Oregon Enhanced NIL program (October 2025) adding Learfield Impact NIL leadership and content positions to maximize brand development and opportunities. Other schools with notable NIL expansions or integrations via Learfield include Texas, Alabama, Michigan, Tennessee, Oklahoma, North Carolina, and more — many of which participated in Learfield's scaled NIL Content Days initiative (2025) across 25+ programs to generate branded content and facilitate deals.

First Impression of the Money-Grab Invitational Tournament College Football CFP - 2025 1. As I have said for the past several weeks, I am not a fan of the current selection process. It’s water under the bridge now. The criticism emanating from the selection process this year will certainly lead to changes. I won’t be satisfied until the human element is removed. For this year, the bullshit has concluded. All remaining progression toward the championship for this year will be decided on the field, as it should be. 2. Duke dropped a turd in the punchbowl. However, it looks like their victory in the ACC Championship only resulted in an additional Group of Five team (James Madison) in the field. No matter what anyone says, there is no way Tulane, James Madison, or even Virginia, had they made it, would win the National Championship. The G5 inclusion was always attributed to wokeness. Two G5 teams in this tournament is what we get for tolerating wokeness. 3. Oregon has the clearest path to the semifinals. Texas Tech played a very easy schedule, which tells me they are not battle-tested. They didn’t really face a team that could challenge them (cumulative record of opponents was 70-74). Texas Tech opponents BYU, Utah, or Houston don’t impress me. As a result, we have no idea if Texas Tech is actually a good team or not. 4. Oregon and Indiana are on track for a rematch in the semifinals. I would not be surprised to see Oregon win the rematch. 5. Alabama gets a chance for revenge against Oklahoma and will prevail. A subsequent matchup between Alabama and Indiana should be awesome. I would give Alabama a good chance to win that game, especially if they get Jam Miller, LT Overton, and Kelby Collins back. That could ultimately lead to a UGA / Alabama rematch (not good for Georgia). 6. Ohio State and Indiana are finally going to get some competition now that we're in the postseason. Their schedules were horrible – one cupcake game after the other. We saw what happened when Ohio State was finally on the field with a team that could present them with some adversity. Granted, Indiana did play a good Oregon team but when did Indiana or Ohio State face noteworthy competition in consecutive weeks? Never. SEC teams were conditioned and battle-hardened. Now their five representatives are prepared for high levels of competition throughout the tournament. We'll see if it works out that way. 7. Georgia will most certainly get a rematch with Ole Miss. This is also not a good matchup for the Dogs but Baby Kiff will be in Baton Rouge, giving Georgia a leg up. Baby Kiff is hell versus Kirby. 8. Has anyone else noticed that Gunner Stockton is the only QB in the field that has ever started a game in the CFP? One game - he started in Georgia's Sugar Bowl loss to Notre Dame. 8. The stage is set for us to see some fine college football. The best games I currently expect will be Alabama v Indiana and Texas A&M v Ohio State. No matter what, the Semis and the Championship game will be must-see TV. Extra Note: Notre Dame has announced that they are not going to play in a bowl game. That is not a good idea. They are going to miss a month worth of practice just because they are pouting. WAM @BillisKing @Tomohiostate23 @ed_haire

SEC Postseason Outlook Going into the Final Week Can you believe it? We are heading into the final week of SEC football’s regular season. You better believe it because now we are getting down to business. Buckle your chinstraps. Here we go! Let’s take a look at the games scheduled for Friday and Saturday. First, we will analyze selection for the Southeastern Conference Championship Game (SECCG). Then let’s take a look at SEC prospects for selection to play in the College Football Playoffs (CFP). SECCG Ole Miss will play Mississippi State, in the Egg Bowl at 12pm ET on Friday. There is no change from last week here. Ole Miss has to beat Miss St combined with a Texas A&M loss to Texas and an Alabama loss to Auburn for the Rebels to make their debut in the SECCG. If Ole Miss loses in the Egg Bowl, Texas A&M is a lock for the SECCG. Georgia has completed their SEC schedule at 7-1 as it prepares to play a non-conference game versus Georgia Tech at 3:30pm on Friday. On Saturday, Kirby stated unequivocally, that he wants Georgia to play in the SECCG. If Alabama loses to Auburn, Georgia will slide into their vacated slot to play Texas A&M. This is where it gets the most complicated. If Ole Miss loses in the Egg Bowl, Texas A&M is a lock for the SECCG to play 7-1 Alabama or 7-1 Georgia. However, if Ole Miss beats Miss St, Texas A&M must win to play in the SECCG. If Ole Miss wins and both Texas A&M and Alabama lose, Georgia will play Ole Miss in the SECCG. The bottom line is that Georgia wants Ole Miss to win the Egg Bowl. Otherwise, Auburn must beat Alabama for Georgia to play in the SECCG. Texas A&M will play Texas in the prime-time game at 7:30pm ET on Friday. They will know the outcome of the Egg Bowl before this game starts. If Ole Miss loses to Miss St, Texas A&M will know they are headed to the SECCG win or lose on Friday night. An Ole Miss victory against Miss St means that Texas A&M must beat Texas to play for the SEC championship. Alabama has to beat Auburn in the Iron Bowl at 7:30pm on Saturday to qualify for the SECCG. End of Story. CFP Ole Miss is 10-1 going into the Egg Bowl at 12pm ET on Friday. Ole Miss should be a lock for the CFP at 11-1 or 10-2. I am compelled to mention that the big news going into the game is the future of Baby Kiff. Kiffin will reportedly divulge his future coaching residence after the game on Friday. The Kiffin controversy should have little effect on the Ole Miss performance versus Miss St. The Rebels have 30 transfers (mercenaries) on their roster. They were looking for a team when they joined Ole Miss. They likely have little allegiance to Ole Miss, as they know they can move on if Kiff leaves. This team of will not worry about Kiffin on Saturday, but it will hurt them if they don’t have Kiffin to coach them in the tournament. A win versus Miss St will set them up to host a first round game. A loss would set their seeding near the bottom of the 12 teams. Georgia, at 10-1 going into their Black Friday game, is a lock for the CFP regardless of the outcome of their game versus Georgia Tech. Georgia will drop several slots in the seeding but still go to the CFP with a loss to the Bees. If Georgia wins on Friday but doesn’t go to the SECCG, they will be no lower than the #3 seed for the playoffs. If Georgia does play in the SECCG, their performance in that game will impact their seeding for the tournament – somewhere between #2 and #5. Texas A&M goes into the game against Texas undefeated. They are also a lock for the CFP. A loss on Friday and failure to qualify for the SECCG sets them up to host a tournament game. Their seeding will depend on the outcome of the SECCG-also somewhere between #2 and #5. Alabama must win the Iron Bowl to qualify for the SECCG or the CFP. The win would send the Tide to the SECCG to play Texas A&M or Georgia. If Alabama wins the SECCG, they will earn a good draw for the CFP. I still contend that no matter what, all hell is going to break loose if Alabama loses the SECCG. A 3-loss Alabama team in the playoffs will set off the SEC haters. Exclusion of an Alabama team with their 3rd loss coming in the SECCG, will send the SEC into the stratosphere. Isn’t this fun?? Oklahoma is 9-2 and set to play a woeful LSU team on Saturday at 3:30pm ET. If they win on Saturday, their 10-2 record will include FIVE wins versus ranked teams. They will definitely deserve of a spot in the CFP – likely staying ranked #8. This scenario will give the SEC 5 very deserving teams in the tournament. Vanderbilt manhandled Kentucky to move to 9-2. Vanderbilt has a tough game versus Tennessee on Saturday at 3:30pm ET. A win versus Tennessee will improve Vandy’s record to 10-2 and they too will deserve of a spot in the CFP. BUT… will the clown committee give the SEC half the slots in the tournament? In a comparison of teams that will be 10-2, it looks like it will come down to Vanderbilt versus Utah, or Miami. Vanderbilt has a stronger Strength of Schedule and Strength of Record than either of those teams. In another scenario, if Alabama takes their third loss in the SECCG, does that make the decision a 3-loss Alabama team versus 10-2 Vanderbilt? In WAM (the World According to Max), if Vanderbilt beats Tennessee on Saturday, they should be included in the CFP no matter what transpires elsewhere!! Have a Happy Thanksgiving! This is GREAT!! @BillisKing

SEC Status in early November according to SalientWAM: The overall college football schedule this week (week 13) is lackluster. Week 14 is going to be edge of your seat, buckle your chinstrap, heavyweight fighting. Are you ready for this?? Georgia is outside looking in on the SECCG but a lock for the CFP. If Georgia loses to Tech, Georgia will drop several slots in the seeding but still go to the CFP. The Tech game has no bearing on the chances of the Dogs playing in the SECCG. If the Dogs beat Tech, they will be no lower than the #3 seed for the playoffs. No team that had a first round bye (top 4 seeds) in the playoffs last year advanced to the 3rd round. However, if Georgia doesn’t play in the SECCG, a two-week layoff going into the CFP could be advantageous for the Kirby and the Dogs. Whether a team wins or loses a tough and important game like the SECCG, it takes an emotional toll that is difficult to overcome and prepare for a playoff-caliber team. Texas A&M is in the driver’s seat because they are undefeated. If they beat Texas, Texas A&M is in the SECCG and heading to the CFP as well. Their seeding will depend on the outcome of the SECCG. If Texas A&M loses to Texas, Georgia goes to the SECCG and Texas A&M drops below the top 4 seeds for CFP – not a bad fate for the Aggies. Ole Miss is like Georgia in that they are outside looking in for the SECCG. Ole Miss, who has never played in the SECCG, has to beat Miss St combined with a Texas A&M loss to Texas and Alabama loss to Auburn for the Rebels to make their debut in the SECCG. That scenario is too far-fetched with all those “ifs”, so don’t count on that. Nevertheless, if Ole Miss beats Miss St in the Egg Bowl, 11-1 Ole Miss goes to the CFP. They will probably go to the CFP with a loss to Miss St, at 10-2. However, their seeding would be near the bottom of the 12 teams. Alabama is a real wild card. Which team will show up against Auburn? The Tigers have a terrible record and an interim coach, but they are no joke. If Alabama beats Auburn, the Tide goes to the SECCG to play Texas A&M or Georgia, if Texas beats the Aggies. If Alabama wins the SECCG, they will earn a good draw for the CFP. No matter what, all hell is going to break loose if Alabama loses the SECCG. The committee has always maintained that a conference championship game loss will not eliminate a team that was on track to be included in the field of 12. If that holds true, a 3-loss Alabama team goes to the playoffs and a 2-loss team (that probably doesn’t deserve it anyway) will be relegated to an inferior bowl game. Prepare yourself for lots of screaming and gnashing of teeth. If the committee doesn’t include an Alabama team with their 3rd loss coming in the SECCG, Greg Sankey, and probably much of the SEC will go ballistic! That could have implications on the entire future of the CFP, because the SEC is the goose laying golden eggs. Oklahoma still has to play Missouri and LSU. If they win out, their record will be 10-2 and deserving of a spot in the CFP. Vanderbilt still has to play Kentucky and Tennessee. Like Oklahoma, if they win out, their record will be 10-2 and they too will deserve of a spot in the CFP. The hypothetical situations with Oklahoma and Vanderbilt have the potential to create a colossal mess for college football. Both could realistically win out without directly impacting the top four. Five SEC teams could earn spots in the CFP with grumbling from the B1G but without a huge controversy overall. Six teams from the SEC cannot go to the CFP, so who is left out?? Finally, what if these three teams win out, Alabama loses in the SECCG? Alabama will need to go to the CFP, even as a 3-loss team. Then, as I said before, who is left out? Well… we have two weeks to think about it. Nothing will happen this Saturday to impact these top 4 teams in the SEC. We just have to wait until next weekend and see what shakes out. I don’t care what anybody says. This college playoff setup is crazy and exciting! @BillisKing

Boycott Colorado until they FREE TINA PETERS! joehoft.com/tina-peters-op… Colorado is actively advertising lift ticket packages at their ski resorts for next winter. Meanwhile, Tina Peters remains imprisoned. It is readily apparent that Colorado cares more about tourism revenue than justice for its citizens. I propose we hit them where it hurts – in the pocketbook. Tina Peters is unjustifiably persecuted and prosecuted because she honestly attempted to address what she, as an election official, saw as a potentially corrupt election. On September 11, she will be spending her 70th birthday imprisoned in Colorado. Please don’t book any ski trips, business trips, or any other travel to Colorado until they rectify this issue! Don’t buy any products from Colorado (Coors beer?) until they take action.

Amy Totenberg is a disgrace to the bench for waiting so long to render a ruling like this. thegatewaypundit.com/2025/04/breaki… However, maybe it's a good thing. Does this mean that none of the over-reaching judges that have ruled against DOGE and the Trump admin have standing?? Does this establish a precedent that must be followed??
