Surely AI can fix the poor route suggestion. Separate tickets and scan for each leg just beat the convenience of a single ticket + entry and exit. For an occasional user, this is not a great user experience. 💁🏻‍♂️

@Salilicious Hi, we apologize for the poor route suggestion. The ‘Plan Journey’ feature relies on data from transport operators. For now, each leg on different lines requires a separate ticket and scan. Please report this issue through the app’s ‘Helpdesk’ so our team can review it.

MumbaiOne app is so clunky… route planner from Bandra Station takes me via Mahim on the Metro to Malad. Why would I want to go back to go forward? The multi metro ticket has to be scanned individually for each journey. Not end to end. Ridiculous. #fail
