@British_Airways Hi, This was my mom’s suitcase and No we didn’t. My mother was brought with wheel chair and the special assistance guy brought her with carrying her suitcase too. So we only noticed when we got home. She was too tired and vulnerable for me to pay attention to anyhow else.
