@PetsatHome ordered an aquarium last Sunday 16th Feb. Paid extra for next day delivery - didn't turn up until the 18th Feb. smashed to pieces. Chat line expedited and for next day delivery 19th to be in pieces again! Ordered for pick up. Not there and not in any delivery process.

@premierinn your heating in my room doesn't work, it blows cold air. Here in Edinburgh for two nights, it's snowing and you have switched the heating off! This is the pits as there is no-one at the reception and no-one to call!

@SportsDirect_CS thanks for using EVRI as your partner. Ordered goods in November for Christmas. Evri told us today they have lost the package and we should contact Sports Direct! Now left with nothing for Christmas! Never again will I trust Sports Direct whith EVRI!

Poor show from @NikonEurope ordered an ML-L7 on 11th Aug. lost at customs, UPS say not received!
Nikon Cutomer Services say investigation in process and will be 10-15 working days. CS say I have to wait outcome of investigation, refund or replacement not possible until complete.
