@SaltPotsNat@avroenergy The only way forward is to raise formal complaint. Then escalate to ombudsman if no resolution after 8 weeks. There is a cost to Avro if ombudsman gets involved.

@avroenergy I am disappointed in Avro Energy, since 5th July I have been trying to get a refund of my account being £900 in credit, they just ignore you, if I owed them it would be a different matter! I cannot recommend this company again when it lets customers down in this way
