Due to delay in exams because of COVID, IRCC will accept for – THIS YEAR ONLY – predicted scores and incomplete transcripts for unconditional LOAs.
This is being done to facilitate students to apply as early as possible for September classes.
@CitImmCanada I applied my student visa file on July 2020 and I am taking online classes since then but my file is still pending. Why you guys are not process Quebec sds 2020 files. New students are getting results and old students are waiting from months and years @SeanFraserMP Plz help....

For study permit applications submitted as of November 2021, IRCC cannot guarantee that you will receive a final decision on your application before the January 2022 semester begins. Please plan accordingly with your Designated Learning Institution (DLI).
@Quebec_India@MiFi@MRIF_Quebec@CanadaenInde@Paradis_Fran@CitImmCanada is only giving refusals to Quebec Students. 90% students are refused even they have good academic, language ability as well as Financial Capabilities. It was My biggest mistake to Chose Quebec as Study Destination. I will suggest my all friends, do not go to Quebec.
@RightsGAC thousand of student who applied in quebec are waiting for their result from a year but students who are applying in other provinces getting their result with in a month. Please help us #humanrights. #ircc is playing with our future. #jucticeforquebecstudent
@CanadainIndia Quebec study visa files are hold from 1.5 year. New students should avoid Quebec province because @CitImmCanada is discriminating with them.
