Emily Atack, 36, jokingly admits she misses one-night stands, now she’s stuck in bed every night with snoring fiancé Alistair Garner and dog Penelope sprawled across her pillow.
The Inbetweeners star posted the chaotic Instagram video from bed, captioning it: “God I miss one night stands” and begging fans to turn the sound up.
She and Alistair got engaged last July, just after welcoming baby son Barney in June 2024.

And this already started back in '05, as much as I do love Robert Shearman and Paul Cornell and wouldn't replace them, the fact that Series 1 did not have a single new writer should have rung alarm bells that RTD only wanted 'The Lads' to run DW

The sad thing as well is that the Wilderness Years was about bringing in new inexperienced writers. You wouldn't get RTD without the Wilderness Years. And what did RTD do as soon as he got a leg up thanks to the Wilderness Years? Shut new writers out, which feels like a betrayal.

@mrkphllps1 Like you’ve already stated, a lot of the time venues and managment say stuff without running it past the actual person. From what I’ve heard, Miranda is lovely and I doubt she told them to brief you about this 😂

I'll never forget working a Miranda Hart gig back in 2014 & the staff got briefed by management not to look at/speak to her, so everyone started calling her Miranda Carey 💀

I know I repeat myself a lot.. but I really do wish we had a third series with these 3.. like.. S2 was actually really fun for the most part.. and I really think S3 would’ve been even more fun. It’s a shame this era ended so soon 💔💔

@thenickofit The aim of Series 1 was to make it very grounded. Never leaving Earth, unless we were on a space station, even then, still orbiting Earth. I think they wanted to capture 2005 and back then, ‘gay’ was used as an insult. So I understand why it’s in there for that reason.

Then Russell came in and did lots for the show BTS. And now we’re constantly being reassured that the show is coming back. If they didn’t want it, they’d tell us.

@eveofthedaleks I think 'The Pilot' is the the best opener. Smile is soooo underrated. Thin Ice and Oxygen are perfect, and I actually don't mind the Monk Trilogy. I think it's a bit of fun that made people come back each week. A couple of stinkers towards the end and then the perfect finale.

@Sam58562785 But it’s more than that, the characters aren’t well written even in their good episodes. I’m not gonna watch characters who are shallow at best and horribly boring at worst just because the situations they’re in are kind of interesting.

Good stories do not equate to good seasons, especially when we now know our central characters go on to amount to nothing.

I know the s2 finale left people pretty drained but I’m so tired of people acting like the 15th Doctor had bad episodes overall. There’s so much to love, the reality war just left a bad taste in peoples mouths. Individually, there’s some really good stories.

@SailorJDove @WAustinLeach95 I think in terms of stand alone episodes, the highs have been the same from RTD in the Disney era, than the highs of the RTD1 era. I don't think it's better as an overall but I think Wild Blue Yonder, 73 Yards, Dot and Bubble and Lux are up there with some OG RTD eps.
