No you’re an idiot if you think you can move into a neighborhood set up shop and treat the people like garbage while peddling garbage. It doesn’t work that way. That’s why they go to impoverished communities and do this. Why don’t they go to white communities and talk crazy to people while selling tobacco and junk food?

@vivekmjacob The guy thinks there’s an equivalency between soccer and hockey. Being the best in hockey means you’re better than five other countries that are decent at hockey. Being ranked 30th in soccer means you’re better than at least 50 other pretty good soccer teams…..

@talks_michael THREE CONCACAF ( 🇨🇦 🇺🇸 🇲🇽) teams made round of 16!….. ZERO Asian countries made Round of 16. CONCACAF should get more spots than AFC.

Hopefully the World Cup doesn't expand to 64 teams but if it does, this should be the number of slots per confederation. 11 CAF 10 AFC 9 Concacaf 7 Conmebol 1 OFC 22 UEFA 4 Playoffs You cannot give another guaranteed slot to OFC let them improve through the playoffs.

@WizinhoJr Why is Canada so dominant at hockey? It’s cuz there’s not that many countries that play. Maybe five countries that are good at hockey? In soccer, there’s at least 100 countries that are decent . Much harder to be ranked 30th in soccer than to be number one hockey.

Lemme paint a quick picture to whoever wrote this article: Ranked 30th itw right now, each of our players fights for the fucking badge day by day. We made history in this World Cup attracting eyes of every football fan around the world. We have achieved success we never even thought of ever achieving. Football is not our #1 sport, but don’t take the piss and say we don’t belong in playing this beautiful sport. We’re only gonna get better from here, and every single Canadian out here is behind us on supporting this country forward no matter what happens in this team next. They all bleed and fight for the badge singing thr national anthem loud and proud representing the #CanMNT  Went toe for toe against Argentina in the Copa, went toe to toe almost defeating a super French squad with players like Mbappe, Dembele, kante, etc… Yah, the best European nation ITW rn. The growth of this Canada side is staggering. “Just stick to hockey.” Yah shut up.

@You_Tried_It @MuricanOriental One dollar difference we were trying to did, and what your update? China actually paid. Maybe they didn’t pay a lot, but the African countries have very well. When Europe showed up in Africa, they just took it. And when the people complain, they took all the people as slaves

@MuricanOriental I think only or South Korea can say that Japan at all stint in the Congo, but China, they’re all up in Africa and in their efforts to dispossess Europe of what they have there they posit themselves as the antiracist and carved out a little enclave for Africans in Guangzhou

East Asian countries have never enslaved or colonized other races, so they have zero obligation to become multicultural or take in immigrants Imperial Japan colonized other Asians, so that's an internal Asian beef, not one that extends outside the region

Shocking development, 🇮🇳INDIA just dropped a Nuclear Bomb on 🇨🇳China’s RARE EARTH EMPIRE ! 🇨🇳China: “India, you’re finished! We own 94% of rare earth magnets. One ban and your EVs are DEAD! 🇮🇳India: “Wrong! Our tiny $5M startup just invented a crazy motor with ZERO rare earths! Pure software magic! 🇨🇳China: “Lies! Every big company failed for 10 years!” 🇮🇳India: “We got the patent! Prototypes running hot, car makers testing it RIGHT NOW, shipping THIS YEAR! 🇨🇳China: “Impossible… you can’t beat us!” 🇮🇳India: “Too late! Your monopoly is DEAD. Context: Indian startup secured a patent for a rare earth-free electric motor platform that replaces permanent magnets with software-controlled magnetic fields. (Satire Warning: Fictional quotes)

@LapisLazAlter @BrankoMilan This statistic, and none of the other statistic you mentioned manner. China is ahead for one reason, and one reason only. The 2nd to 5th countries are all generically Chinese. It’s a skills issue. In the past, you can dominate by brute force. Today, China will dominate cuz of IQ

Nobody can take seriously European complaints about China. China is now building things better and more cheaply than Germany or France. When France and Germany built things better and more cheaply than others, they ridiculed such complaints. Now they are losing and not liking it. Moreover, Europe came to that position by exploiting the rest of the world. China did not.

@Xavi56633014 @BrankoMilan None of those are the reason why China is ahead. Even among democratic countries, the leading innovators right now are Taiwan and Korea. IQ is why East Asia is ahead. And China has the largest population of high IQ individuals. None of the other arguments matter. It’s genetics.

@BrankoMilan 1. No, China is not producing better things (only batteries). Just cheaper. German electric cars are way better. 2. China is exploiting its own population (= indirect subsidies) and a lot of poor countries. 3. China heavily subsidizes its industry 4. 30% Currency devaluation

@germanophile @BrankoMilan Europe is focused on its past glories. But this is NOW. Countries 2-5 are countries that are ethnically and generically Chinese. Between Japan, China and South Korea they are all 104-106 average IQ. Pretty much since 2010, 90% of all new innovation comes from 🇨🇳 🇰🇷 and 🇹🇼

@WarrenPlatts @dirk_fasshauer @BrankoMilan @RnaudBertrand Where is China’s colony half the world away?? Even if we agree that these are “colonies”, colonizing a neighboring country with some shared culture to China is not the same as Guam, Hawaii, French IndoChina, Franco-Afrique. It’s much more morally reprehensible when it’s that far

@dirk_fasshauer @BrankoMilan @RnaudBertrand So China leverages its stronger negotiating position to sign contracts with countries, that have free will. But that a somehow the moral equivalency to the Trans Atlantic Slave trade. You think the US was the only European colony? The America’s had slaves from most EU countries.

@BrankoMilan @RnaudBertrand Okay, but you can’t seriously say that China isn’t exploiting the world- probably because they don’t colonize other countries. They use a more subtle approach.

@IagoTheLoco @BrankoMilan Yes… devaluing currency is = to Transatlantic slave trade. Morale equivelent. Half the time I think y’all make these arguments cause it makes you feel better about the single worst human rights to atrocity the world ever seen. Slavery.

@BrankoMilan Awful take. China ‘did not exploit the rest of the world’ in building its industrial model and massive trade surplus, yet it has consistently manipulated its currency weaker since joining the WTO, engages in state-sponsored IP theft, and screws over JV partners in tech transfers

@CollinSLKoh You understand that China’s population is more than every single one of those countries combined. That means their voice alone is louder than all those forces combined. And their military is likely larger than all those countries combined. Trump was silent in all of this.

@MediaUnlock They did it because the US is signalling they want to pull out of Asia. Or at least reduce its footprint. Japan will never replace the United States military footprint. They will soften the blow.

Japan is openly stepping up its involvement in the South China Sea. · Ten years ago, Japan was among the first countries to endorse the so-called South China Sea arbitration award. · Ten years later, it is no longer just voicing support. The Balikatan exercise has expanded to its largest scale ever. · For the first time, Japan's Maritime, Ground and Air Self-Defense Forces participated in the exercise in an integrated manner. · Japan also launched Type 88 missiles overseas for the first time since the end of World War II. The Reciprocal Access Agreement (RAA) has entered into force, further deepening Japan-Philippines security ties. More recently, the two sides have even begun discussing the so-called maritime delimitation. Why is Japan becoming increasingly involved in the South China Sea? When did it start laying the groundwork? And how did it gradually extend its "white-hull strategy" and broader strategic playbook into the South China Sea?↓↓↓ @jaytaryela #SouthChinaSea #Japan #Philippines #MediaUnlocked

@JimboAlogo @GunnelsWarren You can manipulate numbers all you want. That’s what the communist do, so why not America right? But you can play this game. You can remove a demographic, we can remove a demographic, the results will be the same. Canada will be better.
