Constitutional Conservative. Laws cannot supercede or alter the Bill of Rights without the removal of the Constitution itself.

@FoxNews The wretched incompetent pedo will be remembered as the worst POTUS in history that not only singlehandedly destroyed America's economy, jobs market and affordability, but also the weak incompetent pedo that lost catastrophically to one of the poorest country in the world 😂

President Trump is ordering new signs outside the Smithsonian's National Museum of American History as the battle over how America tells its story intensifies. The executive order directs the National Park Service to point visitors to a White House report criticizing the museum's portrayal of U.S. history. It also calls for a temporary exhibit presenting what the administration describes as a more accurate account of the nation's past. The Smithsonian says it stands by its exhibits and research while continuing to review museum content and defending its presentation of American history.

🫥A Midland, Texas citizen went to City Hall requesting paperwork. He sat inside the public building for an extended period speaking with Strategic Communications Director Stewart Doreen. The footage appears to show that he never raised his voice, never became violent, and was not told what crime he had committed. Then a Midland Police Department officer arrived. She issued commands, placed her hands on him, and ultimately pepper-sprayed him inside City Hall. He was taken outside in handcuffs, transported to the hospital, and reportedly handcuffed to a hospital bed. He has a heart condition and had expressed concern about being forced outside into the extreme heat. After officials reviewed the footage and saw that he had not been acting belligerently, he was released with no charges. No identified crime. No charges. Yet a citizen requesting paperwork from his government ended up pepper-sprayed, handcuffed, and hospitalized. What lawful justification was there for this use of force?

@CheckerOH @ScottEnlow The government does not need an explicit reason to revoke consent of access on government property, or you could just walk on a base with no authorization to be there. The government has the same rights as private land owners on government property.

@Psa10DotCom @ScottEnlow This happens a lot actually, and is upheld by the courts. You can make the argument that that should be illegal, but what should be and what is very rarely actually lines up.

@RaggedVagabond @ScottEnlow She does have to articulate a crime to trespass someone from a public facility in a public lobby during open hours. You have your facts wrong.

@ScottEnlow She did her job. He doesn't have to commit a crime to be trespassed, but refusing to leave when you've been asked is a crime. She asked him to leave, it was his duty to leave.

NEW: School shooter laughs in court as one of his victims, whom he shot in the wrist and arm, quickly gave her impact statement. Colt Gray, now 16, shot and killed four people at Apalachee High School in 2024. Survivor Natalie Griffith was quickly reading her impact statement when the judge told her to slow down, prompting laughs from Gray and the courtroom. Gray has pleaded guilty to all 55 counts. He was charged as an adult. The minimum sentence he is facing is life with parole, and the maximum is life without parole.

@SamConstitution @CollinRugg Why are you upset with the data? If the data is showing at white people are more predisposed or in this case committing more paedophilia why are you upset about that? Don’t you believe the data?

@SonsofYissikar @CollinRugg Per 100 black people and 100 white people, there are only 3 crimes that the 100 white people commit more of. Those are DUI, public drunkenness, and underage drinking. The 100 black people still have more pedo, rape, murders, fraud, car jackings, burglary, robbery, and everything.

@SonsofYissikar @CollinRugg It shows a realistic perspective by giving a stat per 'x' amount of people. Of course actual numbers in many categories would be higher in white. They are literally 4.5x larger population than blacks. Somehow blacks are still higher actual numbers in most violent crimes/homicides

@SonsofYissikar @CollinRugg In this case, you have 13% of the population committing 21.7% of the crime vs 58% of the population committing 51.6% of the crime. Blacks are still worse, even in your demented category. If the black population was as big as the white population, their numbers would be 2x whites.

@SonsofYissikar @CollinRugg Per capita puts context into realistic a perspective. Lets say you have a race that is only 5% of the population but commits 25% of the total crime. Then another race is over 50% of the population but commits 30% of the total crime? Its pretty obvious to see which one is worse.

President Trump says four companies have now met his administration's deadline to develop privately funded advanced nuclear reactors, calling it the first time in more than four decades that new reactor designs are moving forward in the U.S. He says a process that once took six years or more has been dramatically accelerated, adding that the U.S. is now leading the world in next-generation nuclear power. "America is building again. America's dreaming again."
