@UberUKI_Support I rest me case. Uber have no customer support whatsoever. The only way to obtain a refund is to do a charge back through your credit card. Goodbye Uber, I won’t ever use you again.
@UberEats over charged for an order with £25 discrepancy in invoice and receipt. All attempts to contact customer service with evidence are ignored for over a week. Resorting to this to get some constructive engagement. What TERRIBLE service.
@Uber_Support A human has not replied to me. An automated bot has replied to me via DM. Uber has NOT resolved the issue and has not refunded the money it has incorrectly taken from me.

@Uber_Support@UberEats@Uber_Support uber support just using an AI bot to answer all questions on X, Facebook and app. No resolution to the fact they have overcharged me and no way to contact them. A faceless organisation with zero accountability. Don’t use Uber.
