@WhitneyGrenaway @eda2026 Im gonna try this out tommroww as I never done it before.🤔 You mentioned grip. Forearms are the most neglected bofypart by far Ive seen. It is the starting point of every exercise. I have a dedicated routine for it. Less than half serious trainers train this area directly.

@eda2026 It did feel effective, but I also liked how I had to hold onto the bench. I think it’ll help my grip strength as well.

🕊️UPDATE on my brother Jake & Megan 🙏 Jake had to go back to the ER last night with burning pain in his abdomen. His surgery, which was already risky, is being moved up to this morning. Doctors are concerned there might be another spot that opened up because he hasn’t been healing like they hoped. The good news is they have the cyst to help locate the problem area, but it’s still serious. From my own experience being in critical condition before, I know how terrifying the uncertainty is — especially for his wife Megan, who’s watching the man she loves go through this. Today I’m asking for prayer specifically: That God would guide the surgeon’s hands with precision That angels would watch over and protect Jake’s body so it cooperates during surgery That whatever is causing this in his body would be found and healed By Jesus’ stripes, Jake would receive healing and restoration That the Holy Spirit would comfort Megan and let her hear that still, small voice of peace in this storm While Jake is in surgery, I’m working on a prayer board for his recovery today. I’ll be printing all the prayers people have left in the comments and gluing them on poster board with the kids for Uncle Jake. It’ll be something he can see every day when he gets home — a reminder of how many people are lifting him up. We still don’t know exactly how much more this surgery and recovery will cost on top of everything, but medical bills are continuing to stack up while Jake can’t work. @gotrice2024 That woman was the only real human in that facility! The amount of "people" ignoring this is not normal. Corporate Greed Personal Greed Absolute zero empathy We have a real crisis in this country when it comes to emergency rooms. The system is really in shambles.

This woman was at the emergency room waiting to be seen, all of a sudden someone who was also waiting just collapses onto the floor. She is outraged that at least a minute went by, nobody even batted an eye. The other people waiting just sat there on their phones, the workers behind the desk didn’t even look up, nurses walked by and didn’t say a word. If you saw this happen in front of you and you were waiting to be seen, would not it make you think twice about being treated at a facility that just doesn’t care?
