@FantaScruffsJaw @newstart_2024 Overseas doctors have to take extra exams (Plab 1 and Plab 2) to work here. The exams are difficult and ensure the overseas doctor are at least at the same standard as a UK qualified doctor.

@newstart_2024 It's also a quality issue too. I can't speak for medicine, but Dentists who trained abroad are frankly awful. It's not a race thing, as it could be India or Hungary. The standard of education just isn't the same.
