Stay away from @AXA spoke to 5 people over the last 3 weeks, each person has lied about my insurance claim and have promised further help with the next person saying the others did nothing. Call back and this process keeps being repeated.

@SamPrebble95 @British_Airways You don’t ask, you retroclaim. They’ll always tell you they don’t cover the extra night but uk261 obliges them to. As soon as a paralegal sees the claim it gets waved through.

Awful service from @British_Airways canceled my flight and put me on a new one 30 hours later and have refused to pay for my extra night hotel cost because it’s more than 14 days away.

❌ #Pompey’s Championship fixture against Ipswich has been postponed due to a frozen pitch. Referee Leigh Doughty made the call after an inspection of the Fratton Park surface at 11am. Portsmouth had been hit by overnight temperatures of below freezing, with frost covers having been laid since Friday. Information for supporters who had purchased match tickets or hospitality packages for this game will be announced in due course.
