@AltSNEAKO @centristpeater It would make me so happy though. Are you that ashamed of your haitian Catholic past? Why not embrace your origins? Why not be a better Christian, if Christianity sucks? You're denying yourself so much. It's crazy.

It’s been 2 weeks since this post, so here is a long rant for the people unfamiliar with the politics & history of this conflict. After all this time of massacring Afghan children and rehabilitation patients, they still haven’t taken out the TTP and BLA leadership they allege is in Afghanistan. The world class intelligence agency, ISI, the world class airforce, PAF — together — still can’t take out their targets. ISI is too busy kidnapping people’s daughters & setting up hidden cameras in people’s hotel rooms because they speak against Asim Munir. They have no real intel, despite constantly screaming at the Taliban to solve their border issues for them. If you ask a Pakistani nationalist with a vengeance why exactly they support the bombing of Afghanistan, they will point to a) ISKP/ISPP (anti-Afghan, anti-state, primarily based in Balochistan) bombing a shi’a place of worship b) Pakistani security personnel being targeted by TTP (primarily based in Pakistan, with some fighters in Afghanistan) c) Pakistani security personnel being targeted by BLA (primarily based in Pakistan, with some fighters in Iran and potentially some in Afghanistan) The vast majority of ISPP/TTP/BLA fighters are Pakistani citizens. The vast majority of them are in Pakistan. The highest ranking TTP member killed in the last few years was Qari Amjad, and he was killed in Bajaur. So the question is: Is the killing of Afghan rehab patients & children a fair retaliation for TTP/BLA killing Military personnel? Now for the next part: The TTP is NOT controlled by the IEA. When Pakistan was facilitating the US invasion of Afghanistan and conducting horrific violent operations of Pakistani nationals in its own tribal regions (FATA), good hearted military men, often mid-ranking officers & locals helped protect IEA fighters and other militants. This time in hiding from USA & allied Pak forces bonded these people in the Tribal regions with the IEA forever. They intermarried and formed deep ties. So when Pakistan’s oppression pushed Pashtun Tribal people out, sometimes into Afghanistan as refugees, many did go with a severe hatred for the state and became TTP. When the Taliban took over Afghanistan, they did give an ultimatum to TTP to either leave and fight Pakistan, or to remain in Afghanistan and refrain from fighting Pakistan. Due to the strong bonds of some commanders with TTP families — some did not follow the rules and armed their TTP friends (or brother-in-laws) with weapons they had. Likewise, the security situation in Afghanistan is still precarious, they cannot keep tabs on everyone. So, despite the TTP presence in Afghanistan being tiny, it’s not zero. Pakistan, instead of trying to work with the IEA (even though the latter mistrusted them due to betrayal in 2001), decided to be abusive, demanding, and violent. The military junta has been unable to look after Pakistan’s security, so they’ve found a scapegoat to rally their people behind. Unfortunately for them, the people refused to rally against Muslims, so they had to throw in the “India angle”. This, alongside the romantic relationship between the Junta & Trump, has been the real downfall of the relationship between brothers. May Allah guide the Afghan rulers to wisdom, and may He guide the Pakistani rulers to His Shariah.
abul ma’ali@abulmaali_

400+ Afghan soldiers killed, yet you can’t provide a shred of evidence of neutralizing a single high ranking TTP or BLA leader? What was this operation about? Why haven’t you been able to wipe out TTP and BLA leadership? Is it because you don’t have the capacity or is it because you don’t have the intel? If you don’t have the capacity or the intel, why do you expect the weak Afghan government to be able to do this for you? The threat was always “take out TTP and BLA or we will take them out for you” The truth is this operation is to weaken the Afghan government on behalf of the West, the rest is all bullshit.

Its not a majority but there are a lot of gaps in the popular narrative that scholars have filled up with their own rationale. We know there will be an Imam from the ahlal bait that will unite the Muslims and bring peace to the Ummah (via the sahih ahadith) and there will be a pious Imam who will be present when Istanbul is reconquered, the malahim will begin, dajjal will emerge and Isa (AS) will return. Whether these two are the same person is likely but not explicitly mentioned through sahih ahadith.

I can see a lot of peoples eschatological knowledge is mistaken as i’m given the MINOR signs such as Mahdi ect as an argument for first signs. Its agreed that Dajjal is the first of the MAJOR signs. Ibn Hajar has stated this in Fathul Bari (quote mentioned after you hit more). Translation: Ibn Hajar writes: “Discussing the order of these events appears from combining all the narrations that the coming of the Antichrist shall be the first of the major signs; that shall signal the changes of the lower world (earth) and that this shall conclude by the death of Jesus, and that the rising of the sun from the west shall be the first of the major signs that shall signal the changes in the higher world (skies) and this shall conclude by the actual Day of Judgment.” Fathul Bari, Vol 11 The Mahdi although being an important endtimes sign will not be as obvious as these other ones precisely because he wont declare himself to be the mahdi and because believing in him when he emerges wont be a shart of imaan like disbelieving in Dajjal or believing in Isa (AS) will be.

We will not know if we are truly living in the final days unless the major signs are revealed, the first of them being Dajjal. The emergence of the anti-christ will be such a shock to the Ummahs nervous system that if you didn’t prepare before hand you’d be unprepared to face the challenge in any capacity. All the Prophets from Noah (AS) to our Master Sayiduna Muhammad (SAW) has warned us against Dajjal and has taught us how to prepare against him. Therefore we must live as if we are living in the last days. Even if it doesnt come for another century you must keep this mindset.

Sure but those things could happen naturally as well, the possibility is always there that someone will say these are all flukes. The crusades at one point seemed like they were the start of malahim which turned out to not be true. This isnt of the same clarity as a man with one eye arriving claiming to be God and performing mind numbing miracles. To equate the two is baffling.

@SamQari @RealixeTheTruth ??? How will the Mahdi not be obvious. His emergence in Makkah will be directly followed by an army that comes to attack him but will be swallowed by the earth and there will also be MAJOR holy wars. Every single Muslim will know the times are near when the Mahdi arrives.

You have a point which ive mentioned else where as well, but the solution isnt as easy as fighting TTP or giving them up because they can easily defect to ISKP and annex areas in Afghanistan causing a bigger headache for both Afg and Pak. People seem to keep overlooking this fact.

@SamQari @aw_kakar I agree with all of this but to ignore that Afghan Taliban provides safe heaven to TTP and holds connections with them ever since their creation is the reason why they are being targeted. Yes the TTP is our mistake but taliban currently keeps it alive

Groups like the TTP are inevitable when, in addition to being the critical route for the US to occupy Afghanistan; you give the US free rein to drone your people; conduct operations against your own people in exchange for US funds; and sell even your own citizens to US custody.

You’re right that most people are mistaken, you’re wrong about past scholars being incorrect on what constitutes as major/minor (which is how I read your response). The Prophet (S) DID know how our modern world would look and so when he lists the major signs we take that at face value and only interpret the sequence based on logic such as Ibn Hajr has. As for malhama, mahdi, rum ect the ahadith are of varying degrees of strength and people taking them as Quran is where a lot of people make mistakes.

Read what I’m saying, Dajjal is the first of the major signs, The Mahdi is a minor sign, this being because the Mahdi will not be as obvious as the major signs are. If the mahdi emerges and a Muslim is skeptical and says “we’ll see” he wont be blameworthy. The exact details of the mahdi is not known either, scholars have pieced together his emergence from ahadith varying in strength while the major signs are all from explicit sahih ahadith.
