Left my job April last year. In laws were questioning how we were going to get by. I timed the April tariff war dip perfectly. Made around 200k$ last year and was able to use some of that as a down payment in a house. YTD isn't so well though and the in laws are questioning my abilities again lol.

Live stream stats from March: 100k Live ac 55% winrate ; 2% risk ; 4% profit. Not my best win-rate month, but I still made +$19K A couple of losses at the beginning of the month couldn’t make me abandon my system and chase greed. Most traders lose faith in their system the moment it gets tested like this as devil tries hard to make you follow temptation & greed over system. Professionals don’t. As we know 1 good week can change all mistakes & thats what happened with me. 2 weeks of loss was mitigated by 1 good week. "When you really believe that trading is simply a probability game, concepts like ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ or ‘win’ and ‘lose’ no longer have the same significance. A profitable system that has proven itself over time will always deliver profitability if you stay disciplined and follow the rules."

@kiraforex Haha... Technical analysis was the easier part for me. I could teach several strategies perfectly. But the tough part: Discipline, Patience and Acceptance of a loss took a very long time to learn. Truth: the trade gurus can't really teach you the tough part. It's You vs You!

I have been learning trading for almost 2 years, no payouts achieved yet. Trading can feel heavy, urgent, and personal sometimes. It’s because of the expectations I bring into them. The rush. The timeline. The need for it to show something. Wanting it to feel like progress. Gratification feels so delayed it almost doesn’t exist. Just… invisible progress. Trying to learn what it means to experience this as it is. Not what I want it to be.

@Bond_not_james Keep it formal but make the connection more personal. Ask for specific advise like a father to son. He has put you a level beyond simply transactional. He will hate you if you abuse it and will also hate you if you fail to see it and appreciate it

If a senior man comes down to relate to you like you're on his level, do you still engage him like a senior man or as your guy? This man is older, rich and influential but calls me his oga or bro and I still address him with sir. I'm confused if I should start relating with him as my "guy" or keep it formal. A part of me feels if I keep things formal, he might no longer feel free with me. But at the same time I don't want to abuse privilege.
