Emmanuel Akot is a Division I–ready JUCO prospect who brings a high level of production and versatility on both ends of the floor. Akot spent his previous season with the University of Western Ontario, where he played a key role in the Mustangs’ successful 17–6 campaign. He averaged 12 points, 3 rebounds, 3 assists, and 1.5 steals per game while shooting an efficient 48% from the field and 36% from three-point range. Akot is a high-motor guard who uses his length and versatility to impact the game in multiple ways. Offensively, he is a confident shot-maker who can score both on and off the dribble from beyond the arc. He shows strong on-ball ability, consistently getting downhill and operating effectively in pick-and-roll situations in the half-court. His ability to read defenses and make quick decisions allows him to create for both himself and others. Off the ball, Akot plays with great pace and purpose, working hard to create open looks and using his size to shoot over defenders. His movement and awareness make him a constant threat within the flow of the offense. Defensively is where Akot truly separates himself. In Western Ontario’s multiple zone looks, he often plays at the top, using his length and instincts to disrupt passing lanes and generate turnovers. He finished 10th in the OAC in steals, a testament to his defensive activity and anticipation. His ability to cover ground quickly allows him to make plays across the court, whether it’s jumping a passing lane or contesting shots. Akot is a versatile two-way guard currently in the transfer portal who has the tools to make an immediate impact at the Division I level. He’s a hidden gem that will make a program very happy next season @AkotEmmanuel1 @Mustangs_Bball @NCAAPortal @Uorangemen2

Sam Akot, a former Buffalo Division I transfer now playing at Cloud County Community College, is a sophomore guard/wing who brings valuable versatility on both ends of the floor. With two years of eligibility remaining and a strong 3.7 GPA, Akot is already drawing interest from multiple Division I programs. Competing in the KJCCC, Akot is averaging 7.2 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 1 steal per game while shooting an efficient 43.4% from the field, 35% from three, and 73.2% from the free throw line. The London, Ontario native continues to prove he can impact winning in a variety of ways beyond the stat sheet. Offensively, Akot’s versatility is a major asset. He can knock down perimeter jump shots, crash the glass for second-chance opportunities, and finish effectively in transition. Whether in the open floor or in half-court sets, he plays with a high motor and understands how to contribute within the flow of the game. Defensively, Akot stands out with his ability to guard multiple positions. He moves his feet well, stays in front of opposing players, and consistently contests shots both on the perimeter and at the rim. His instincts as a help defender are especially impressive, showing a strong feel for when to attack the ball and create turnovers when offenses least expect it. With his two-way ability and continued development, Akot is a name to watch as a rising JUCO prospect attracting Division I attention @Sam_Akot @Uorangemen2 @TransferPortal @CloudCounty_MBB @31kp
