With their boarding school setup, the roster seems to shuffle every offseason, and there’s usually an international twist to it. This year is no different, especially with the huge addition of four-star offensive lineman Sidney Rouleau out of Canada. Rouleau joins an already stacked offensive line that includes Eemeli Tirkkonen, Luke Scott, Laurent Deslauriers, and more. Tirkkonen is a force at 6-foot-4 and 315 pounds and is looking for a big bounce-back year after missing most of last season due to injury. At quarterback, Zac Lyle returns and will be the full-time starter. He’s already got Division I size at 6-foot-5 and 205 pounds and he’s only a sophomore. He’ll have a solid group of playmakers around him, including Blake Whitten, Jio Orrico, and a few others who can stretch the field. One name to keep an eye on is Cole Schlueter, one of the top tight end prospects in the 2027 class. He had a strong sophomore season and comes from NFL bloodlines as his dad played in the league, so expectations are high. On defense, expect a lot of the same names to contribute. Guys like Danger Troy, Michael Reeves, Hayden Watson, and Reece Barter are all expected to make a big impact on that side of the ball too. There’s definitely a lot to like about this group. The pieces are there. But with so much turnover from year to year, it’s hard to know exactly what to expect. They could make a real run or they might still need a little more time to put it all together. We’ll see.
