Repeated a ct angio that showed large clot within the collection and in the stomach but no pseudoaneurysm again! No further 🩸 for 2 days now.

40yr male with acute pancreatitis and portal/ splenic vein thrombosis in 3rd month of illness presents with a large pseudocyst. Eus CG with plastic stents is planned but as soon as needle and wire are introduced you see this just beyond the wire. What would you do next?
