@Jainadave_ Walking is basic movement, it’s excellent, but does nothing for cardio respiratory fitness like how running can. V02 stays flat if one only walks. And walking has nothing to do with fat loss, to burn 1 roti you would have to walk for 10-14 minutes. (That’s 50 kcals)

Fat loss tip: Walking is better than running.

@thestrongdoc That’s true, every body’s requirements are different, but there’s hardly 15-16 grams of protein in that place, no raw vegetables and white rice (no complex carb) No denying it’s a tasty plate of food, but it’s far from balanced.
