Let’s be honest, OKC might be the most hated basketball team in most recent memory. And its due to how they play. No one hated GS this much - I think we were just sick of them winning so much. But with OKC - it doesn’t feel like basketball. It feels like acting.

@investandcreate @Industrializer Right, no disrespect, you’re missing my point. I’m only addressing that you said he claims he made $75M on 500 deals. He didn’t say that.

Here’s the thing about wholesaling - it’s as tough as real estate in general. 60% of agents do very few deals; 40% do most of the deals. 20+ desls a year is an outperformer. 25 would be exceptionally knocking it out of the park and you’ve got a team people working for you (not unrealistic in a hot market) - but it would take many years - even 15-20 years - to get to those numbers going by national averages. Now. Let’s talk about Georgia specifically. Here’s how “hot” the market is there. There’s a national wholesaler that is a hugely successful I won’t name (I’ve done business with them). They took their most successful agent - a guy who was absolutely killing it in Nashville - and had him open up an office in Georgia in 2025. You know what numbers they’re turning today? Zero. They shut down the office. He’s working in IT sales now. That company is a machine and very well run but they could not get enough properties bought and sold in Georgia to make the numbers work. Here’s a great study on wholesaling in one of the hottest markets trec.texas.gov/article/result…

Mark Cuban reveals an employee stole $82,000 out of the $84,000 his company had left at the time “We had $84,000 in the bank and we did our accounts payable and we just gave it to a girl who did part time work for us and said take it to the post office, no big deal right” “I get a call from the bank, sir we have this young lady that just went through and she cashed these checks, I’m like what” “She whited out the payee and wrote her name over top of them and I’m like you didn’t let her cash it, well of course we did we’re a bank son what do you think we do” “82 of the $84,000 that we had gone robbed us, Renee Hardy”

@Sambacher @Lukas63392407 @thirdmetax No, this specific thing you brought up would get any teller fired instantly. There would be zero defense for it other than your eyes no longer function properly and you can’t perform your work. The victim would certainly follow up and make a huge fuss. This story doesn’t add up.

@O1A2S3D @WeltgeistYT I agree with this. When I was in Berlin we grabbed a bottle and that was the same thing all three of us who drank from the bottle said. It felt like it had a stimulant effect, absolutely 0 hallucinogenic aspects to it.

@WeltgeistYT It actually does provide a kind of different buzz than other alcoholic beverages, but it’s not like taking a hit of acid. Mild, maybe faintly stimulating.

@D0mClemente @WeltgeistYT You’d have to drink so much absinthe for an appreciable amount of wormwood to have any effect on you. Alcohol induced psychosis and later overdose would get you first by a wide stretch.

Business owner goes ballistic over other people exercising their rights. The victims became suspects until vindicated. This footage captures a confrontation at Vibes Co. (Brewery, Eats, Fun) in Manhattan Beach, California, involving a group of men that were practicing their rights in the area and the establishment's owner, Michael "Mick" Drasnin. The incident began across the street from the business as the cameramen were approaching the crosswalk at the same time as Drasnin. Drasnin seemed bothered by the men filming and while he was crossing the street he threw an object at the cameramen. This of course prompted them to follow him to his business where chaos ensured. The situation reached a breaking point when the verbal sparring turned physical. In a moment that would eventually lead to serious legal consequences, Drasnin is captured launching a metal-framed chair and a bucket of water at the filmers. The "High-Risk" Intervention The drama took a tactical turn when the Manhattan Beach Police Department arrived on the scene. Responding to a 911 call that reportedly alleged a potential weapon was involved, officers initiated a "high-risk" or "felony" stop. The footage shows the intense moment officers utilized their patrol vehicle doors as cover while ordering the filmers to walk backward with their hands raised. Once the scene was secured, it was determined the cameramen were the victims, and the focus shifted back to the initial physical aggressor. That said, it sure took those police a long time to take those cuffs off the victims. The aftermath for Michael Drasnin was swift: Criminal Charges: He was arrested and charged with Assault with a Deadly Weapon (the chair) and Battery. Court Results: The case eventually concluded with Drasnin receiving probation and restitution requirements. While his defense argued he felt harassed and overwhelmed, the court maintained that physical assault is not a legal response to being filmed in public. Public Apology: Drasnin made several public statements and social media posts expressing regret for his actions. He attributed his behavior to a "momentary lapse in judgment" caused by the stress of the filming. Beyond the courtroom, Vibes Co. faced a massive wave of "review bombing" and public relations fallout that serves as a cautionary tale for business owners on how to—and how not to—conduct themselves in public.

In addition to my normal body cam videos, I will be sharing true crime body cam stories from time to time. These are usually long body cam videos that I will be editing down to a manageable size that won't lose too much detail for the story. As alway as the body cam can't show the entire story, I'll research case info to share in the caption. These are for entertainment and educational purposes.
