I am a bit late but I wanted to recognize again our residents for winning the Jeopardy competition at last week @FLPathologists meeting. I was also very proud of the residents and medical students I mentored this year presenting their work ! They did an amazing job @USFpathology ! Teaching residents is a cornerstone of academic medicine and an essential responsibility within @MoffittNews . It is both a privilege and an honor to help shape the next generation of physicians by sharing knowledge, clinical experience, and professional values that translate directly into excellent patient care. Through resident education, faculty foster critical thinking, curiosity, and compassion, while reinforcing a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. This is biphasic synovial sarcoma indeed. Extremely rare as a primary heart tumor (most often in the right atrium like in this case). Thanks @DrBuiPathology for your help on this case !

Case of the day: Middle-aged female with no significant clinical history presents with right atrial mass extending to the inferior vena cava and multiple right lung nodules (biopsies here). Any thoughts? Follow-up studies coming tomorrow #lungpath #thoracicpath #pathology #MedEd
