@rblbank it is very difficult to get the RBL credit card cancelled. I have requested for cancellation of my card but inspite of that they have issued a new card and charged for the same. Now they are levying interest on the same. Please avoid using RBL cards.

No one from RBL is even trying to contact us to resolve our issue. They are absolutely oblivious about the issues being faced by customers

We have been trying to contact customer care of RBl for more than an hour for now. It is just not possible to reach an operator to talk to us to resolve our issues. Very very frustrating

I need my card to be cancelled immediately and the wrong charges reversed. Even my FD against this card is not being released due to these wrong charges being shown as outstanding.
