বিপদ কেটে যাওয়ার পর আগের কমিটমেন্ট থেকে নতুন সালা উদ্দিনদের ৩৬০৽ ঘুরে মুখের কথা এখন পিছেন রাস্তায় চলে গেছে ! 😡 তারপরও জামায়াত মুনাফিক কি বলেন? বর্তমান সরকার - অন্তর্বর্তীকালীন সরকারের গৃহীত ১৩৩টি অধ্যাদেশের মধ্যে গুরুত্বপূর্ণ কয়েকটি সংস্কারমূলক অধ্যাদেশ ল্যাপস ও বাতিল করার প্রস্তাব। প্রস্তাবিত তালিকা অনুযায়ী, ১২টি অধ্যাদেশ ল্যাপস, ৩টি বাতিল, ১৩টি পুনঃপ্রণয়ন, ৭৪টি অপরিবর্তিত অবস্থায় পাশ এবং ৩১টি সংশোধন সাপেক্ষে পুনরায় উত্থাপনের সুপারিশ করা হয়েছে। এ বিষয়ে একটি বিশেষ কমিটি কাজ করছে এবং শিগগিরই জাতীয় সংসদে প্রতিবেদন জমা দেওয়ার কথা রয়েছে। বাতিল করতে চাওয়া গুরুত্বপূর্ণ অধ্যাদেশ ও সম্ভাব্য প্রভাব ১. গণভোট অধ্যাদেশ (Referendum Ordinance) যা জনগণ ৬৯% মতামত দিয়ে বিজয় করেছেন... সেটা বাতিল চাওয়া! ⚠️‼️ 👉 বাতিল হলে: • জুলাই সনদ, বাস্তবায়ন আদেশ ও নির্বাচনী তফসিলের মধ্যে আইনি অসামঞ্জস্য তৈরি হবে। • পুরো প্রক্রিয়া জটিল হয়ে পড়ে নির্বাচন ও সাংবিধানিক সিদ্ধান্ত প্রশ্নবিদ্ধ হতে পারে। ২. গুম প্রতিরোধ ও মানবাধিকার কমিশন আইন 👉 বাতিল হলে: • গুম, নিখোঁজ ও মানবাধিকার লঙ্ঘনের তদন্ত কার্যত অকার্যকর হয়ে যাবে। • আন্তর্জাতিক অঙ্গনে দেশের মানবাধিকার প্রতিশ্রুতি দুর্বল হয়ে পড়বে। ৩. দুর্নীতি দমন কমিশন (দুদক) নিয়োগে সার্চ কমিটি ব্যবস্থা 👉 বাতিল হলে: • নিয়োগ প্রক্রিয়ায় রাজনৈতিক প্রভাব বাড়বে, স্বাধীনতা কমবে। • দুর্নীতি দমন কার্যক্রমের প্রতি জনগণের আস্থা হ্রাস পাবে। ৪. বিচারক নিয়োগ অধ্যাদেশ 👉 বাতিল হলে: • বিচারক নিয়োগে স্বচ্ছতা কমে গিয়ে পুরোনো অস্বচ্ছ প্রক্রিয়া ফিরে আসতে পারে। • বিচার বিভাগের স্বাধীনতা ও নিরপেক্ষতা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত হবে। ৫. সুপ্রিম কোর্ট সচিবালয় অধ্যাদেশ 👉 বাতিল/পরিবর্তন হলে: • “সরকার উপযুক্ত মনে করলে” শর্তে বিচার বিভাগ প্রশাসনিকভাবে সরকারের ওপর নির্ভরশীল হয়ে পড়বে। • নিম্ন আদালতসহ পুরো বিচার ব্যবস্থার স্বাধীনতা দুর্বল হবে। ৬. ব্যাংক রেগুলেশন অধ্যাদেশ 👉 বাতিল হলে: • ঋণখেলাপি ও অর্থপাচারকারীদের বিরুদ্ধে কার্যকর ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া কঠিন হয়ে যাবে। • ব্যাংকিং খাতে অস্থিরতা বাড়বে এবং আর্থিক শৃঙ্খলা ভেঙে পড়ার ঝুঁকি তৈরি হবে।
