Here's a clear breakdown of the claims and verification:1. "a bachelors as she described is LLB"Correct. In Australia, the standard undergraduate qualification to become a lawyer is the Bachelor of Laws (LLB) (or the postgraduate equivalent, Juris Doctor/JD). This is the foundational “bachelor’s” law degree offered by universities across the country. It is a professional degree that covers the core “Priestley 11” subjects required for admission to practice. 2. "Criminal law and family law degrees are not a thing"Correct (with a minor nuance). There are no standalone undergraduate degrees called “Bachelor of Criminal Law” or “Bachelor of Family Law” in Australia. Criminal law is one of the mandatory Priestley 11 core subjects inside every LLB/JD, but it is not offered as a separate bachelor’s degree. Family law is an elective/specialist area, not a bachelor’s-level degree. You will find double degrees (e.g. LLB + Criminology/Criminal Justice) or postgraduate specialisations, but these are not the “criminal law degree” or “family law degree” someone might casually claim as a bachelor’s qualification. The poster is right: these are areas of practice/specialisation, not separate undergraduate law degrees.3. "Specialisation is typically done post LLB professionally or … as post graduate"Correct. After completing the LLB (or JD), the usual path is: Practical Legal Training (PLT) or supervised training → admission to the Supreme Court → practising certificate. Specialisation (family law, criminal law, etc.) then happens on the job or via postgraduate study (e.g. Graduate Diploma or LLM in Family Law, Criminal Law, etc.). It is not something you major in during the initial bachelor’s degree. 4. Follow-up: "No practising certificate makes you not a lawyer"Essentially correct in everyday and legal-practice terms. You can be admitted as a lawyer to the Supreme Court of a state/territory. However, to engage in legal practice (give legal advice, appear in court for clients, etc.) you must hold a current Australian practising certificate. Without it you are not entitled to practise or hold yourself out as a practising lawyer. Regulators treat practising without one as “unqualified legal practice,” which is prohibited. In short, the post’s understanding of Australian legal qualifications and the requirements to call yourself a practising lawyer is spot-on. The poster correctly identifies that “criminal law degree” or “family law degree” as a bachelor’s qualification isn’t how the system works here, and that a practising certificate is mandatory to actually practise.

@4lphaomega All this lawyering talk has me flustered. As I understand it a bachelors as she described is LLB. Criminal law and family law degrees are not a thing as far as I am aware. Specialisation is typically done post LLB professionally or presumably also as post graduate.@TridentsNot

@SammyNat39 @jerr_rrej Completely dimwitted response. Out of Africa is just a theory, no one knows for sure and it has been debunked. Even if they did come out of Africa, they were not negro or everyone else would have some negro features like their God awful hair.

And that's not a religious requirement and her kid can easily take it off when at school. It's a health and safety regulation in regards to that earring, it could easily get pulled out by another student. She'd rather make it into drama than just simply not let him wear it at school. It's all for clicks, drama and her ego.

She posted this screenshot trying to show that the video was private, with the full name of the school for all to see. I actually blocked the name out, she didn't. She actually went and changed it to private after Mick shared it and after other people saw it public on her tiktok. She said the video was 2 year's old, then changed her story to say it was from this year.

@Crusader187 @theheraldsun Bible doesn't mention sperm donors, IVF, or "lesbians having test-tube babies" because those technologies didn't exist 2,000+ years ago. I'm well aware what the bible says about homosexuality and that's not what I asked.

I'm tired of talking about this, but there are still people out there who believe this Artemis II crap, so we need to keep driving the point home: There is no "space travel". NASA is a computer-generation and filming studio that occasionally does public spectacles like this to keep the American public on the hook for $70M/day in tax extortion. Every rocket launch in history has a big curved arc path, because the rocket goes up pretty high, levels out, then comes back down in the Bermuda Triangle (which is why they spook us all from going there in the media - it's a giant graveyard of all the rockets they've splooshed into the ocean) The whole "We need to go horizontal to get to 17,000 MPH and get into orbit" is completely ridiculous and a perfect example of how they lie to your face, but millions still believe it because they've been implanted with this story that NASA are super amazing & trustworthy, and doing all of these incredible things. Just WATCH THE VIDEO. That rocket is going nowhere near 17,000 MPH, and it's not speeding up. It's going off into the distance where nobody can see it anymore, then they switch to cartoon mode where they show everyone computer animations with a little HUD at the bottom of the screen like a video game, and post pre-recorded videos for the next several days pretending they are in space. It's a phony fake show. If you are an adult, you need to stop believing these fantastical stories your government is feeding you as the reason why they need to tax you to death from every direction, and start thinking for yourself. We live in a world of deception, and it isn't going to get any easier to spot these scams when you see them. It's time to wake up, and learn to trust your own eyes and senses again. Detaching you from your intuition is one of the primary purposes of deception agencies like NASA.

Floridians have seen this show so many times, they know the drill. All NASA launches are unmanned bottle rockets getting yeeted into the Bermuda Triangle. Switch to full CGI a couple minutes in, play cartoons portraying "space travel" for the next several days on youtube, and voila, all the gullible goyim clap for their computer screens, and nobody riots over the $70 million in taxes being extorted out of us every single day.
