The single best thing for my work-life balance is having an early dinner when my partner and I finish work -- it gives a cutoff after which we settle into a nighttime routine. When she's traveling for work, I look up at my laptop clock to find it's 8pm and I'm still emailing.

The Medibank medical data is only "embarrassing" because we consider it such. The hackers would have nothing if we all could agree on one thing: reaching out for medical help is never embarrassing, whatever the problem. It's the opposite - a sign of strength and overcoming.

I work in a Sydney COVID testing clinic. Shit is bonkers right now. We know wait times are insane, we’re in full PPE in 35 degree heat for 12 hours a day. Everything sucks for everyone, but please be nice to the people testing you xx
