@airtelindia 121 customer care is a complete joke. Endless IVR garbage, no way to reach a human, and zero intention to solve customer issues. You charge full money but hide from support. @reliancejio & @ViCustomerCare are no better. @TRAI regulate this scam.

@SMARTBazaarIn You distribute ₹20 & ₹50 coupons citywide but your security staff treats customers like troublemakers. Coupon works at one store, rejected at another. Manager was equally rude. Thankful, DMart Bhavnagar doesn't have such staff. @JioCare @reliancejio @RIL_Updates

Over 20 days. Multiple follow-ups. Still no refund. Despite written confirmation of a full refund under medical waiver and phone assurances, there is zero closure on AirSewa Case #GC494433. This level of delay and silence is unacceptable. @AkasaAir @airsewa_MoCA @DGCAIndia
