@SurajPatel_Pro If a phone is factory reset, then they will need to confirm the Google account and/or Samsung account before they can gain access to the phone. Accounts can only be removed through the phone's Settings. ^JS

@SamsungUK My phone was snatched and stolen in New Delhi India. Did police reports and also was able to traced for four time. Now the person got alerted. And phone is not coming online. If Samsung can see my IMEI number linked to new account registered my stolen phone then it will be real helpful to police to track down the person. Please respond

@SamsungUK This guide is for lost device. It's not criminal case. I understand If device lost then samsung cannot help help. In my case it was snatched and stolen on broad daylight in front of hundreds of people. I can provide police copy if required.

@SamsungUK I have FIR copy and everything. Device is stolen. Thief has removed my account by doing hard format on my phone. Why doesn't samsung help it's customer? I have been samsung customer for last 17 years. It's not something impossible task.

Look how disgraceful is Samsung asking me to pay extra £150 surcharge because my old S24 Ultra phone had a small dent on the top left now they ask me to pay up. Disgraceful. @SamsungUK If I dont get this fee waived off, I will never in my life purchase a Samsung product again.

@SamsungUK took delivery of this damaged TV today ,order No: UK260416-27918483. Paid for speedy delivery yesterday. Told 10 days to replace, then told 48hrs to receive update. I NEED this TV for Sunday. Could have gone to @currys, chose to purchase direct from Samsung.PleaseHelp
