This is what the full time living arrangement looks like for 3 cofounders out of a Harvard freshman dorm. Plus a normal roommate sharing the room.

One of the best ways to tell if your product is truly useful to users is to see how much they are willing to put up with to keep using it. If a user sticks around even after: 1. Being unable to sign in to their account 2. Had some projects accidentally deleted 3. Couldn't deploy their site for 3 days ...and they still pay you AND they use your product actively over 3+ months, it's a good sign.

lots of vibe coding tools promise 'tasteful design' but have no taste themselves and suck. we're trying to make one that doesn't look bad and doesn't suck. lots of exciting new things to share over the next few days!

a great indicator of whether or not my vibe coded app will look good is if the platform i am using to vibe code the app looks good. attention to detail is everything.

the degraded model outputs from anthropic seems to still be an ongoing issue. since around an hour ago opus randomly started performing extremely badly in cursor. the lack of transparency in this issue is pretty concerning. variable quality for the same price...

My week: Monday - Slept for 1.5 hours at 3:30 AM Tuesday- Slept for 3 hours at 7 AM Wednesday - Slept for 6 hours at 6 AM Thursday - Didn’t sleep Friday and Saturday are yet to come….!
