Update…they planted 7 trees instead of the original amount. My elderly neighbor slipped on wet leaf weeks after the leaves started falling hit his head bad. There are leaves EVERYWHERE & no one is cleaning them up…but the city wants to fine us for debris on our sidewalks. 🤬
